Great for stability

Fits the my 70D great except if you are moving very fast and or lots of body motion such as running the handle tends to be somewhat flimsy with the weight so it has a wobble in it a little bit. I took it snowboarding and it got the job done but the handle created more shaking but I don't think this was meant for that environment. Great piece for a camera.

Great add on for my camera

It came in very handy to get slow moving shots close to the ground without having to get on the ground. Very happy with it. One thing I will complain about it is the nut moves around way to much. It would have been nicer if it was more secure. When a camera is mounted it's fine but when nothing is mounted to it its all over the place.

Good for different camera angels

Not good for getting shots while moving. but it does make hold the camera easier in some shots. I would use a monopod instead of this if i had to choose something to bring with me shooting video
