Great value for basic tripod

Pros: This is a basic, inexpensive tripod. I use this with my DSLR camera. The legs slide easily and firmly lock into place. It does what it's supposed to do: keeps your camera steady for remote photographing to avoid blurry photos. It has a "quick-release" attachment that you screw onto the bottom of your camera. I like that this attachment doesn't require a coin to operate; you can just flip up the handle to loosen/tighten it.
Cons: This is did not have a dedicated "hook" so that you can weigh it down to prevent tipping during wind gusts. This is not super accurate; you may accidentally shift the camera when you tighten the locking mechanism for panning/tilting. Even though there is a leveling bubble, there's no stand-alone one to determine if your shot is exactly horizontal (are there even beginner tripods that do this?).
Pro/Con: This is medium weight. It's not super lightweight / small to be a portable tripod (get a gorillapod for that). It's not heavy which means wind gusts can potentially blow it down while your expensive camera is attached (go MacGyver something so you can hang your camera bag from it while taking photos).

This tripod is exactly what I was looking for at this price point. It has its kinks like any twenty dollar product but it has yet to break on me. I have used it for vlogs and photo shoots, it does its job!

I love this tripod. Mostly because of the great price I purchased it for. It was on sale and the store employee pointed it out when I said I needed a tripod at starter prices. I think I got more than what I paid for with this tripod. I've been able to do all the photography I've wanted to try and its rugged enough to do more.

This is not a compact tripod but it is light enough to strap on a backpack with no problem. It is sturdy, sets up quickly and has a camera mount and a cell phone mount. Would highly recommend it!

I'm not going to say this is the best tripod on the market, but I will say that it's pretty decent for the price depending on what you need it for. I'm not doing anything too strenuous with it, I just needed something to hold my iPad for some Facebook Live videos and it works great for that.

I purchased the tripod with the intention of mounting my phone to capture video footage. The tripod has proven to be sturdy enough and easy to use. I believe that this wouldn’t be the most ideal to use with a camera, especially if it’s heavier, but I do think that it’s great to mount a cellular device.

Low cost tripod - fully functional, works well. I'm pretty sure I grabbed this one sale, but even the non-sale pricing makes this a decent buy - no frills, nothing special, but functional and decent quality for the price.

Overall it's a good Tripod. Has 2 bubble levels that help you keep your camera on level. It's a inexpensive tripod and has a quick release mount. Only con is that handle and knobs feel to cheap and plastic

My husband bought this for me as I needed to videotape our daughter's first band concert. I knew that I didn't want a super jerky video.
He went to Best Buy, not knowing what I really wanted, but I primarily wanted something easy to use and that would be sturdy, hold our video camera up and be easy to work with when taking pictures or using the video camera.
This tripod was very easy to use out of the box. The tabs to adjust the legs are easy to move to unhook and extend the legs of the tripod and they are stable when locked back down by clicking the tabs closed.
There is a nice adapter that you can put on the video camera to make it easy to attach to the tripod, keeping it firmly in it's seat, even when you are adjusting it around to get the correct view!

It’s a great stand for what we are yawing it for. It’s light weight and durable.
I use it to set my video projector out side and we watch movies. It centered the video great. It screwed on top and worked perfect for what we wanted.

Seems to work very well - still getting used to it, but seems worth the money paid. Hope it continues its good action. Better than piling books up to mount the camera!

Excellent for the price. Easy to use. Just wish it didn't use so much plastic, but it can't be beat for the price, especially when on sale.
