Great tripod. Easy to. Use. And good for the price

This is a great beginner tripod for a good price— however I did have to open 3 boxes up to ensure the iPhone/GoPro attachment was inside the box. Best Buy employees tried telling me it isn’t included although it clearly says it is included on the packaging.. So if you get one without that attachment try opening up more boxes I guess.. don’t let the employees tell you it’s not included. LOL

Great item. I bought this for home recording. It is really good for a little money, light weight and extra firm.

Designed really well, really light, has a grip. Works well for the price. Pretty impressed.

Light weight and sturdy, have a stabilizer that really helps when trying to level the tripod out. For my beginner setup this was perfect.

The PlatinumPlus 5858D tripod was inexpensive and serves my need to steady my DSLR camera. This tripod has leveling bubbles built into the stand for x & y axis leveling, which was helpful during setups. Also, there is a quick release head that makes mounting and dismounting the camera fast. I just leave the quick release head screwed into the bottom of my DSLR camera. The weight of this tripod was a little heavier than I really desire, when lugging it around for field shoots, but the tradeoff is for sturdiness. When I was shopping, the lighter weighted tripod was too flimsy. I was very glad to find this tripod available at a nearby Best Buy Store when I needed it.

This tripod is really solid and I like how high it can get although one of the legs is a bit stiff to extend, and the a particular lever to raise the head is not as smooth as i would like, it gets the job done really well overall.

For 9 dollars you can’t beat it, I use this with a Sony hd cam, and I’m surprised it works with my Eos R and Rebel it’s pretty dang cool.

I really like and appreciate this very well designed tripod. It does everything I need with ease. It is lightweight and strudy as well easily and quickly adjustable. Great indoors or out, at a great price too!

It works as I expected. It has Acceptable quality , and reasonable price.

It’s a good starter or backup tripod. Is made of mostly aluminum and plastic, relatively light, and provided you’re careful it seems durable. There’s many areas the lock or tighten in place, so before moving it around, be sure to get accustomed to it. It feels like it will break extremely easily. It doesn’t feel like it’s made to be high quality, but for the price paid I can’t really expect that. It’s a tripod that works, but if it breaks I’ll buy a better one.

It is less expensive, still working great. It is light weight and very well balanced. My camera is always stable on it.

I purchased the Sunpak PlatinumPlus 5858D 58" Tripod during the Best Buy Black Friday sales at a great price. A price so low, that I had low expectations of this product. When it had arrived, I was quite surprised. This tripod stand is very sturdy. The grip makes it extremely helpful to move this tripod around with ease, especially during time sensitive shoots. The quality of this product is really good. The build is quite sturdy. I am happy with this purchase

Excellent price and product that will last a long time

Very good tripod! Very light but steady and easy to set. Love it! Helped me to take Composite pictures for a long period in windy conditions.

Light weight and strurdy. The level bubbles really help with a level picture.
