Lightweight, sturdy, and offers both smartphone and camera capability for mounting. Used this to shoot the solar eclipse with my SLR camera and it was absolutely indispensable. So glad I made the purchase.

This tripod is lightweight and easy to set up. The tilt lock is a bit tough but a good pair of pliers(which you should have anyway) will take care of that pesky lock. Fast leg extension and easy to attach mounting bracket make this a win for the price point!

Not going to take much to permanently damage this tri pod. It's 90 % plastic the cheap type. Didn't have to pay much so no big deal!!. Ok if you just need a inexpensive stand. I use mine for my security cameras. You can move them anywhere with a camera tri pod.

Really good for what I needed it for. It is the cheaper of the tripods, but the camera I'm using is small so it works. If you're doing a lot of filming though, I would defiantly pay a few more bucks for the sturdier one.

Simple lightweight tripod for ease of use. Only issue I had is the screw attaching the camera to the tripod is not great, the tab that allows tightening by hand came off without even being tight. So just have to be careful when using it to ensure it tightens the camera down

There are much worse tripods out there in this price range. This is a nice one for this price. It may seem basic but it has all the axes I would need to move my Camera in. The only thing I even have to complain about is the crank handle to raise the camera seems a bit on the flimsy side. Be gentle about it or crank it without weight on it and it should last a good while. Obviously, this is just for the hobbyist or light user if you are a pro spend the extra money and get a ball head that is built better

I purchased this tripod for the eclipse in Oregon. It was slightly discounted and I like that it also had an adapter for smartphone. I was very pleased with this product since I was able to adjust camera to eye level. It is sturdy and easy to use. I was able to get great shots of the solar eclipse. It is so easy to use, that I will be using it more often when taking photos. When purchasing this product, I could see that the more expensive ones had thicker (probably sturdier) tripod legs, but this worked fine for my Sony point and shoot camera.

Love it because it can be real compact. HOW COMPACT, YOU SAY? Not compact enough to comfortably fit into a book bag (Which is what I usually use to camera sed camera and stuff). The stand at its smallest is around 2/3 feet. I’m no complaining, just a heads up. It’s still light and pretty compact and dummy proof. It’s easy to set up and take down and sturdy. I haven’t used it in action but I played with it a little when I got it. It works for me, I love it.
