Really very good, it comes with the ability to hold a pretty heavy weight camera like the Canon EOS rebel series as well as having a handy adapter to attach your iPhone. It's sturdy, doesn't lose its position and easy to unlock/release swivel.

I like this a lot! I've been used this dozen of times but totally love this. It does a good job for all self portrait and taking photographs without any shakes. I would like to thank Sunpak as I had lost my quick release plate and was wondering whether I had really received. But Sunpak customer care service was so helpful in providing me one based on my warrany.

There are tons of expensive tripod options, but this one hit the sweet-spot of quality, easy of use, and price.
By the feel, you can tell this isn't a professional tripod, but it also appears to be well built and with proper/careful use should hold up for the average consumer.
Used with a Rebel T3i to take some family pictures and worked perfectly. You'll be surprised how much better your pictures look when the camera doesn't have to work as hard to compensate for your body movement.

This tripod was on sale and it turned out to be a GREAT buy for us and our Nikon camera. It's extendable legs make it quite versitle for any terrain and it is very easy to mount your camera securely to the tripod. We would encourage any family or amateur photographer to start with this particular piece of equipment.

This is a great tripod for beginners as well as experts in the field who just want something to hold a small camera or a phone without breaking the bank. I love how you can raised the head without extending the legs when trying to get a quick shot. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. It would be nice if it came with a bag, but it would probably cost more.

We used this with a projector!

I bought this for my son to use in his living room with a new projector he purchased. He was using books to elevate the projector high enough to hit the wall. This tripod is sturdy and held the projector nicely. We had to use a couple of rubber grommets that we found in our junk drawer to steady it. I believe its because of how the projector was made and not he stand. Overall really good!

I got this for $10 and for the price, it gets the job done. It’s a little stiff when trying to pan vertically and horizontally and there’s not much versatility, but it’ll be enough for basic shots and videos.

This tripod is a great buy for the price. I put my equipment through the ringer and it's held up so far. I could tell right out of the box, however, which pieces will fail first. For the money this is a great deal. With some patience, it does the same thing as a 500 dollar tripod.
Pros:
-two bubble levels are helpful
-fairly sturdy when legs are fully extended
-comes with quick release
-light-weight
Cons:
-you must turn spinning handle to raise and lower the head (minor inconvenience)
-almost impossible to make the head level without adjusting one leg to compensate
-I can tell that the fasteners on the legs and the smaller screws will fail first just by how they feel as I use them again and again.

You get what you pay for with this tripod - which is fine. We are not professionals and just wanted a tripod that would get the job done and we wouldn't be crushed if it got ruined (we used for outdoor family pictures). It is sturdy, but not super sturdy. The spring contraption on the top keeps popping out, but is easy to put back in.

The tripod holds a camera. It's not the smoothest tripod I own in terms of ease of use (the legs are a little bit rough to get into place, and the camera head is not the easiest to work with), but it is also one of the least expensive tripods that I have ever purchased. So for the price point, it does everything it should do.

Not a bad tripod for the price. Very light weight. It seems well assembled, however, some parts do seem cheap. The crank to raise it up seems a bit flimsy, and when you raise it up, unless you really crank down on the collar, the neck is very wobbly. But, for a basic tripod it's not bad. I do like that the mount comes off while still attached to the camera body.
