Good price and stable. Sure there are others out there that are solid, but for the price it does the trick.

I got this monopod even though I already have three tripods. However this is super light and easy to transport. It is great for hikes and walks where I do not want the weight of a tripod but still want some steadiness to my pics.

This product is great for those who are just starting out. My purpose for this product is shooting videos. It is great for this purpose, as I am getting used to using it with my Nikon D5100 camera, and is a great value as well.

I filmed soccer footage and loved how easy it is to change locations and how lite the apparatus is. I have a standard tri-pod and never use it because this is easier to set up and move around.

Lasted for two days...

Went on vacation and it worked out nice. Very easy to pull out of my backpack and quick setup a shot. I arrived at a waterfall in VT to shoot, started screwing my D7500 on it as normal with and monopod or tripod. The body wasn't tightening to the plate. I looked at the thread on the monopod screw and they were like coming off in shavings. No camera would tighten. I fortunately had a backup which worked great through the rest of my vacation.
I've been an amateur photographer for eight years and I can't ever remember something like this happening. No excessive force or cross thread. I assume just cheap material. Fortunately my camera is fine and connects to everything I atyach it to since.
If Istill had the box I would return it. $20 for two days is crazy. Can't recommend this one.

Bought as a gift, but like it better than my own. Easy to extend or collapse legs quickly.
