This is a much heavier duty tri pod than average

This tri pod is made of carbon composite and is much sturdier than my aluminum tri pod . It has a weight rating of around 18 pounds that puts it in a class with some of the more high dollar tri pods on the market and this one is very reasonable in price. also has a ball type head that is very adjustable and smooth.

I love this tripod. It breaks apart for a mono pod. Well made and easy to use. Very sturdy, easy to attach a camera. Easy to carry around as well. Priced right.

This tripod allows for lots of possibilities with it's height and stability. There are numerous things I can do with this tripod since it is easy to pack and take with me anywhere. This is my first tripod so I can't compare it to bad experiences with others but I am in a film program and see others that are inferior in quality and I feel proud of this choice.

For the money...

For the money, this has been a good purchase. I have not liked Sunpak in the past due to durability. Its light weight. I have bought a new head for it to fit my needs. The ball head that comes with it sags just a little, but I learned how much to adjust for it, but now I don't use it. I plan to upgrade to a heavier and taller tripod, but I think this one will still be in my equipment list for awhile.

I wanted a tri-pod that would be easy to use, to store away and tote around. This was it. First ever purchase of such a product. Admittedly, I plunge right in without reviewing instructions. When I did use pamphlet, it was easy to understand and I was doing the actions correctly (I just needed to get a feel of the joints, etc). Good, good deal

Bought this to go with my Peak Design camera strap. Love the ball head, can move the camera by loosening only one knob. Don’t like the twisting to extend the legs, one broke after a month, but was able to fix.

What hesitant to purchase this as I wasn't familiar with the brand. However I decided to give it a try as it was much lighter than the mefoto. So far no regrets , works exactly as it should and lightweight so excellent for hiking.

I extended fully, even the center post. It did not hold my 600 lens steady enough, needs the weight attached, which it provides a hook for. Light weight for carrying, very welcomed. No problems with the smaller lenses.
