This game is great for nostalgic Mario players as well as new comers and children alike. The level design, character design, graphics, are all just so beautiful.

There is alot to say about this game. It looks beautiful. It plays and runs smoothly. It is what we have come to expect from Nintendo and their Mario IP.

Truth be told, while the quality of this game IS pure Nintendo, I have the feeling Super Mario 3D World was just a rushed effort. Some people claim Nintendo didn't really know what to do different with the Wii U, and it shows here. 3D World is great, no doubt, but after Super Mario Galaxies 1/2 you'd expect more than an expansion of a title previously on the 3DS. Here, you get basically a 2D Mario game in 3D. Replay value is not as good, unless you want to get every green star and defeat every level with every character. Don't get me wrong, you should still play it - I'm just saying it isn't worth $60.

We bought this to play as a family (mom, dad, 5 year-old and 2 year-old) and it is wonderful. The levels are perfectly designed to fit our entire family with the children taking easier routes or having us carry them through the harder bits. Admittedly our two year-old mostly runs into walls, but she feels included and we all have a great time.

I bought this game for my brother. My niece and nephew joined my brother and I and we had a blast. Being younger, (9 and 10) it was easier for them to play compared to other multiplayer games like new super mario brothers wiiu, being 3d there was more room to avoid bumping into each other. Overall I'd say it is great for two or more players.

Fun Mario game with great multi-player, lots of levels. Nice variety of power ups and levels. There are some levels with difficult camera angles that make it very challenging to make the jump or move you need.

This game is great. It brings back the original aspects of the game and yet new levels and abilities. The only thing it is missing is the mini mushroom ability from some of the other games. but the others make up for this lack.

This game might just be the perfect first game to purchase for a WiiU. It's very fun, especially with multiple players. Best Buy had a great price on a Pre-Owned version, which I've had no problems with.

It's not the best Mario game by any means and can be difficult at times due to the 3D nature of the game. The kids can press a button if a part is too hard and it puts their character in a bubble to follow so another player can get through the hard part. Even though it's not my favorite game, you can't beat a Mario game! It's awesome for the kids and adults too!

I had the last mario bros on the regular wii and it got kinda boring after a while but with all the new outfits you can get in this game and the fact that its in 3d makes it super fun.

i think that this is by far the best Mario game ever. It is fun simple and yet engaging. I highly recommend you try it especially if you haven't played a Mario game in a while.

I purchased the game preowned and unfortunately the copy did not work. I rexchanged it for a functioning copy and it works fine. The game is great 5/5.

I'm enjoyed this game a bunch in my third year of college. Anyone should consider playing this if they want a fun and dynamic Mario game.

bought this game for my 13 year old daughter. she didn't like the 2D mario, but she loves this game! Easy to play and fun too.

Great game for the friends and family to play. Can play it very competitively or very causally. Game is good for all ages.

Solid Mario game.. at first I figured I'd only play it for a few minutes and then drop it, but I wound up playing all the way through, and even playing it with my girlfriend. Plays great on the Wii U Pad and really utilizes the controller - fun game.
