Unique, challenging levels that range from multiple Mario Games like Suoer Mario World, Mario 3D World Super Mario 3 and many more. Having the Switch Online access allows you to see levels created by other players online. Great value bundle.

Great graphics spanning the aesthetics of Nintendo’s 35 years plus in the console business. Virtually unlimited options allows game builds of amazing creativity. A little bit of a learning curve but great fun once you’ve got the hang of it.

Tons of fun playing the adventure you get at the beginning but it goes so much further.
Building your own levels and playing levels that others have made and shared.
You could go on playing this game for a long time, always something new.

My son loves this game! This purchase also came with 12 months of Nintendo online which is a savings of at least $19 if purchased separately. I would recommend this game based on his overall comments on the game and game play.

Super Mario Maker 2 is brilliant as an editor, adds a bunch of cool features and toys but the 'game' feels incomplete. Local multiplayer is a welcome addition, but it is very limited and awkward in where you can/cant use it. Building worlds and not just levels is something I am missing from the previous Wii U version.
Also this is one of the few games that shined on the funky Wii U controls, SMM2 added some great stuff, but i kind of wish there was a backwards port.

I'm amazed how creative so many people are. I don't have much fun making levels tbh, but I'll endlessly play all of the creative junk people come up with on here. Most bang for your buck since Breath of the Wild.

Just plain fun if you enjoy original Mario games and creating levels. Hell, you don't even need to create anything, just hop online and play who knows how many levels people created.
NEEDS a subscription for online though.

This is one of the best Mario games that we have played. I have a 17-year-old 15-year-old and seven-year-old and they all love it. You get to play as Mario from all the different games throughout the years. It’s a blast.

Awesome game, there are so many levels it's crazy. Some people are very creative with their designs and there's always something to play.
And, you can even make your own with the level maker to mess with your friends.

If you were an old school gamer and the original NES was one of your first you will definitely find this title to be a good one to have...it’s like playing it all over again but with the freedom to create your own!!!

With players from all around the world creating some super creative levels, it's not hard to see why so many people highly enjoy playing this.

This is a great game. There are over 150 levels in story mode and the user created levels are a lot of fun. This bundle, with the subscription for online, is really nice and saves you $10 off the game online sub.

Should have included a stylus

Overall its a solid game with some new items and bosses and level themes. The downfall is how it controls when trying to create levels.
Its much different from how the WiiU version controlled and they really should have included a stylus you can use on the switch's screen. I recommend picking up one that works on capacitive touch screens like your iPhone or android.

My Kids Mostly Love This Game

My artistic kid likes to create levels in this game. My gamer kid likes to play the levels that other users have made. Both making and playing offer tons of replayability.
Our only wish is that each user on our Switch would be able to upload their created levels to the internet, but that requires each user to have a separate online account.

I like that you can play already created levels and there is a story mode. My son likes the creative side of it and makes his own levels. High replay value as you can play new stuff ever hour every day.
