Loved this as a kid. Can’t wait to dive back in to the remake after all these years.

If you never play the first Mario RPG game that led to the series of Paper Mario and "Mario & Luigi saga", you are missing out! This was the root of those games and mechanics. I still have my SNES Super Mario RPG when I was kid and still have a massive blast. This remake was very very faithful to the original, including the item placement, locations, almost the same timing how to attack or block attacks, almost 1 to 1 dialogue, amazing visual, maps are the same as the original, music remix is great! ......the new content is quality of life, new battle mechanic and new post end game bosses which amazing. Great game for all ages and RPG lovers

Super Mario is back in this updated classic. Updated visuals and team moves look great on the switch. If you did not play back on the SNES, then now is a great time to play this RPG.

This game brings back nostalgic memories of my childhood. I owned the original game on Super NES and its great to see the new remake capture what made the original a masterpiece while adding in cool new features.

Although not as exciting as some modern Nintendo games it is a timeless classic from one of the best eras of RPG’s. However, the game is very short and it doesn’t feel like there is enough content to justify the price. I recommend waiting until the game goes on sale to purchase it

Love this game! If you’re a fan of turn based RPG Final Fantasy style with Super Mario characters then this is a no brainer. ** This is a remake of the N64 game made in 1996. **

This is a fun game, but it’s short. It offers modern graphics and an exciting story for anyone, whether you’ve played the original or you’re just picking this game up for the first time. There’s a natural progression as you learn how to combat your enemies and level up so you can take on more powerful foes.

A new take on an original classic. One of my favorite mario games.

I never got around finishing the original on my SNES classic but I already finished this remake and it's fantastic. Has quality of life improvements such as quick saves, shockwaves attacks when you press the action button at the perfect time to do additional damages to your enemies. And it also has Breezy mode for beginners for anyone who never played the original. Highly recommended for Nintendo Switch.
