This looks and feels exactly the same as the original GameCube controller. Thanks to Nintendo for giving GameCube some love

Feels as great as the originals and the 2016 releases of the same controller. (Kind of miss the flames on the previous one, though.)

This controller feels a lot like the original GameCube controller to me. Been having a lot of fun with the new Smash game.

The new GameCube controller works amazing with Smash Bros. Ultimate! No lag or anything like that from what I've noticed.

This is a near identical controller to the original Gamecube controllers. It is slightly lighter and has a different finish on the surface/paint. Other than those changes it will be a great controller for smash bros ultimate on the Nintendo switch.

No far works great and classic feel for Smash ultimate wouldn't use any other controller than the gamecube style controller

This doesn't just "feel" like my old Gamecube controller, I'm pretty sure it IS my old Gamecube controller. Perfection.

So excited for Smash ultimate! You have to buy an adapter (got mine from a third party) and just plugs in. Works great!

These controllers are still the best choice for Smash Brothers! So glad they added their compatibility to the switch.

The controller is great quality, but 30$ is still a bit much. If you’re into competitive, then nothing beats Nintendo licensed wired controllers, but if you just play casually, maybe looking elsewhere would be a better/cheaper option.

The best way to play super smash brothers wii u or ultimate. Has the same feel as the classic gamecube controller.

What better way to play Smash Bros than with a GC controller. The controller feels really sturdy and comfortable.

This is a reissue of the original gamecube controller. I tested this out on my original gamecube and worked well.
