Great looking bike

I don't use the app, which was ok until an optional update made some changes that would be annoying for me (resetting the bike at Class 2 on turning it on), so I'm just not using it.

About what I had expected and in that sense, I would have rated it a five. I did expect a little more comfortable ride. It’s quite rideable,however, the narrow seat will cause some soreness if you ride thirty miles on an every day basis.

We're so happy that you're enjoying your RX :D For added comfort, we suggest utilizing the RX's fully adjustable front and rear suspension in order to maximize your comfort when riding. The RX's front suspension has rebound and preload adjustment options, while its rear suspension offers rebound, compression, and spring tension adjustment options. I hope this helps! We're sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your Super73 bike. It can be frustrating when the motor cuts out unexpectedly, especially when hitting bumps.
It's worth mentioning that there's a safety feature in our bikes that stops the motor when you hit a hard bump/the bike has a big impact. To get the power back, simply let go of the throttle and stop pedaling for a moment.
But, we get it—this can still be a hassle. There could be other things going on, like a loose connection in the electrical system. To get this sorted ASAP, we suggest reaching out to our friendly Customer Support team at [email protected] or visiting your local Super73 dealer. They can give you some hands-on help to figure out what's happening.

Attempted to return to the store and they would not accept it back and advised that I call the manufacturer directly which does not take calls

I recently had the chance to demo this Super73 RX at an event and all I can say is WOW! The acceleration is smooth and quick, the build/materials quality makes you feel secure with a comfortable ride, and the capability of this electric vehicle is just unmatched. Yes, it is on the pricier side, but so is gas these days...
