Ive had a Jasion (Heybike) that had a lot of fanfare and online attention since they flood facebook with their ads. It was a decent bike tbh, but working with their customer service was painful a d out of the box I had 3 different issues to overcome before i could enjoy the bike. Fast forward.to hetting this Super73 RX on a major sale delivered during a holiday weekend, couldnt be more impressed in my first real hour of.using the bike. Charged the battery up after a very quick unpacking and minor assembly finishing touches and all has been great ao far. Sitting on the bike, it feels premium, not cheap. I can see why this particular brand has sich a rabid community. Im here for it!

Great bike, looks amazing and even though this is an older model battery life seems to be solid still. Looking foward to lots of use! One note of concern that may or may not affect your bike. Confrim the brake rotor screws are not contacting with your hub motor power cable (see images below) this is easily fixable with 2 zip ties and just gives gives me comfort knowing there wont be any rubbing/damage on the cable in the future. Likley just shifting in shipping or slight manfacturing difference on each. Worth the .30 of zip ties for piece of mind. The new Super73s may be worth the money over this older model unless you can score it on a sale then pick this one up for sure!

It is a very good bike, its materials are very good, the only bad thing is its high cost and its limited spare parts, plus the customer service is too late, they do not respond quickly

When I saw that Best Buy started carrying the Super 73, I just had to get it. With many e-bikes out there the 73 holds its reputation well. I’ve put almost 200 miles on the bike already and hasn’t skipped a beat. It’s comfortable, smooth, easy to learn, and holds a great charge. Definitely turns heads whenever I’m out. It’s a little pricey but the quality and performance is worth it. To simply put..ITS A SOLID BIKE. Added some mirrors, little jbl bike mount speaker, travel bag, air pump, rgb lights. Just to add some essentials and personality :)

I purchased the Super73 RX to ride with my 13-year-old that has a Surron. The RX is comfortable to ride, easy to handle, and has a great range. Having ridden the bike for approximately a thousand miles, I can report that it's reliable, runs up to 32 mph, and is a real attention-getter. What would I change? I would like to purchase a fast charger and add more torque. We live in Florida where it's flat and the bike runs well. I would think it would struggle in a hilly area with an adult rider. Overall, the Super73 has been a fun and reliable bike that I would recommend. It's a quality built product made in the USA.

I'd been looking at getting an E-bike for a while when I came across the company Super73 and their S2 and Rx models caught my eye. Yes they are on the more expensive end but also the best looking in my opinion. The retromoto look for the Rx and the cafe racer esque look of the S2 make them really stand out. After I saw BestBuy had them for sale I got myself an Rx. I chose the Rx due to my weight , and the rear suspension. Now i weigh 300lbs Im basically 2 people i commute to work occasionally 22 miles one way and i get there with no problem and i would say that i get there with roughly 20%-30% left depending on my level of pedaling and mind you I'm route concious it's still not all that flat but all I do is charge up there and I am ready to get home by the end of the day. When I'm running around locally I can be out and about for several hrs before needing to charge. The app is easy to use it does have connection issues sometimes but seems to only happen if you have your location turned off. The real fun though is the level 4 "offroad" mode. The bike really shows off its torque and speed and dont get it twist 30mph is quick. The only real downside I can say after clocking over 1000 miles on it is that the seat can get a bit uncomfortable after a couple hrs. I know super73 and some aftermarket cpmpanies sell memory foam replacements so that may be something worth looking into. Overall its been great and Im considering getting another one but this time a S2 especially now seeing they have an adventure series with some standard features I added on to mine. ***please note I have modified mine a tad since purchasing it***

Best electric bike I’ve owned. I weight about 185 pounds and I went 33 mph. I bought a second battery and I can drive well over 150 miles thru charging without pedaling. A must have. Save so much gas driving this everyday.

We bought 2 RX's in August 2022. Great bikes, but box went down with electrical issues. Super 73 support worked hard with us to narrow down the issues and after several MONTHS of effort, they work! Great long distance support and staff. The ebikes are very fast off-road and are working perfectly again.

The SUPER73 RX is by far the best e-bike I have ever owned. Cool, fast, quiet, and completely street legal make this bike the perfect commuter. Very useful and loads of attachments to upgrade with on their website. Invest now and make this your daily driver.

My high school son has been struggling with his Ariel Rider, we bought a year ago, and it was constantly breaking down. Every other month we had to take it to the bike shop. My son dreamed of a Suron but around here, the Sheriff tends to give kids with Suron more attention, and my son didn’t want that. He just wanted a good looking sturdy reliable bike with good specs to ride to school and outings. So this Christmas, we surprised him with a Super 73 Rx. Carmine Red. We love that it’s local company also in S. Orange County. He immediately upgraded to the wider handle bars and found, by a miracle, a long saddle seat in black. He made some minor modifications, switched the brake side, added pegs and right now - he couldn’t be happier. There is a strange sound when he throttles we will take in to have checked out, but doesn’t effect the bike’s performance. He is so happy and is extremely grateful. He is going to enjoy some of the best years of his life on this E-Bike. It seems like it’s easier to work on at home than his previous bike.

The Super 73 RX has been a great purchase. The product has not failed me in any way and performs great on the streets. Overall, great product and very pleased with this purchase. I will be looking forward to purchase more Super 73 products in the future.

Just took this out for the first ride and after initially owning the Super73 S2 I can honestly say the suspension on the RX is worth every penny of extra cost. Some reviewers play down the difference between the S2 and RX, recommending the less costly S2 as a result. But they are not the same bike because the ride between them is very different. The RX is smooth and I noticed the difference in the toll my lower body took when riding the S2 and RX on the same trails near where I live. The RX glided over dirt, cracks, and pedestrian speed bumps that the S2 stiffly met by throwing me upward and landing harder. There was noticeably more numbness in my lower body while riding the S2. This could probably be remedied with the purchase of a new seat for the S2 but the RX is ready to go out of the box in quality of ride. I could also feel the better quality of the Tektro Dorado hydraulic brakes on the RX in comparison to those on the S2. The brakes are good for both bikes to be sure but the RX braking system is smoother when stopping and less jerky. There’s a lot to like about both bikes, don’t get me wrong, but the RX is worth the extra cost for the better ride right out of the box. The RX is a solid, high quality offering and loads of fun on the public trails around where I live. I’d recommend the RX and am happy with my purchase even though it cost more than the S2. With all the modding being done on the S2 through third-party items the RX out the door might even turn out to be the better deal since it’s already such a complete offering out the door.

I immediately, within 2 days of riding; had gotten a flat tire caused by a tiny piece of wood. I ordered a new tire, inner tube and Super73's recommended Mr. tuffy tire liners through the Super73 website to prevent future flats and within 3 more days of riding I received another flat tire from causes unknown. Today upon inspection I see a whole inside the inner tube, Mr. tuffy liner and tire caused by a miniscule fragment of a staple meant for binding paper. Together I paid $4,000 and an additional $200 on this product ($4,200 in total) and have been severely disappointed. ---- Additionally; My town and commute to work is in a developmentally planned and gated community. Debris, garbage and such are not common as the community has very tight regulations on street, yard, house, sidewalk, park and neighborhood cleaning. So running into such debris is Extremely rare and uncommon. PLEASE RESPOND!

We originally tried to get the Segway electric dirt bikes, but after months of waiting we decided to order 2 of these. They are awesome. You only have to put on the handlebars and the pedals and they give you the wrenches to do that. One of the bikes had a leak in the front tire tube. I contacted Super 73 and they shipped out a free replacement with no hassle. You can unlock these bikes through the app if off road, changing them from the street legal 750W to 2000W and they do fly! The frame is rock solid, the front suspension is adjustable and the 20"x5" tires ride very quiet and smooth. Being a pedal assist when needed, they are street legal pretty much everywhere a regular bike is allowed and no license is required. My teen sons are loving these things and take them everywhere. They usually run them as Class 2 bikes, but can change them down to Class 1 or up to Class 3, if desired. We ordered a gray one and a red one and they draw a lot of attention.

30+ mile range, speed is under 28 unless going down hill but I'm a bigger person.

Devastated and disappointed. Once unboxed and installed and pair to my phone then I call Super73 to get the alignment adjustment. There’s only one persons working as a sale, customer service, and pickup. He told me to email tech support because there’s no one else. Next day, my kid was so excised and took the bike for ride, less than two mile the chain fell off and speedometer was off and couldn’t turn back on. My kid call me to get the van to take him back home. Do you know how heavy that bike is? Most expensive bike come with a price tag
