Works good, easy to program. But they don't last. It's my third in 2 years

At first the product was flawless. The first 2 years I had no troubles warming up my truck in the winter. It came with 2 key fabs and I predominately used 1 of them. Then one day it quit working, so I switched to the other one. It didn't work either. Replaced the batteries with no results. Best Buy said that the key fab went bad, which meant both were now useless! So i bought a new one and they programmed it for free! Then less than a year later the starter system went bad again. This time it was not the fab, it was a wire they installed originally which needed to be updated. Then when they tried to reprogram it, that fab wouldn't work! So I bought a new fab and everything has been working since. So I am on my 3rd fab, but Best Buy has never charged me for the labor to repair anything with the Viper System.

Nothing but problems out of this Viper remote start. Thanks to Nick at the Greenwood store for being on top of his game. No one else is and they have the nerve to charge $25 to program it, when supposedly the system has a lifetime warranty. Worthless!

This remote works great! My original remotes quit working after the battery went dead and I replaced them. They worked for a while then quit. This replacement works like the originals.

Wears out fast, I have to get them replaced yearly!! The battery has lasted longer than the actual working transmitter. I wish the quality was better, the guys in the installation department say they have to program new ones regularly because they don't last.

This remote replaces the remote that comes with some Viper products. I'm not really impressed with the original or the replacement. They work identically, but both fail to be detected often leading to pushing the button several times to get it to work. Only for Viper product owners.

Easy to program to my existing Viper system. Instructions are included. I didn't have to pay the $25 fee BB was going to charge to program.

It was a inexpensive key starter and I love it and would recommend going to best buy to buy one again

This is the best thing I ever bought for a car. It is so awesome to warm up and defrost your car while you are in your home. Easy to use and easy to set up.

I have used this type of remote car start since 2013. The buttons wore out and I needed to replace it. Works good, wasn't too much money.

I need of having to buy a few of these because they didn't hold up for more than a couple of years. The batter is seen to go pretty quickly also.

Well, I originally purchased this product in 2008. The original remote lasted 5 years, and I had to purchase another one. Then I had purchase this one in 2017, but it was redesigned. We shall see...

this car remote is great work wonderful and easy to install I have had this car remote for 3 months but I have to say it's working find hoping it will last a few years the original lasted 5 years very good product

Purchased as a replacement. Synced it to the auto start System pretty easily on my own. A little pricey for a little remote but can’t complajn besides that.

Product works great as a new replacement transmitter for the viper car alarm system.Both original transmitters went out at the same time after only less than 2yrs use.they we're not under warranty and alarm company wanted to charge $80.00 dollars a piece for the replacement Transmitters.Best Buy had the same items in stock and at a great price of Aprx $32-$33. Each,since i purchase the car alarm at the alarm company They configurated the transmitters for free.

I've had my viper remote starter for a few years now and yes these transmitters do go bad but not after taking a good beating so I do get my moneys worth out of them before they go bad.

Great alarm for the price with great features, olus I can go to any best buy if I need help of a replacement.
