Great show and good value when its on sale. Only reason I took away a star is DC/Warner used to also include dvds at the same price so feel it should be cheaper when they have to invest less to produce. Descent extras and a great show make this a good edition to buy on sale.

I'm a fan of all the CW Arrowverse shows so no surprise I would eventually have this in the collection. It's a bonus that the stories are great and it adds it's own contribution to everything that's going on.

I was really excited when I heard about this series and when it started airing I wasn't disappointed, the actress who plays Supergirl reminds me of Helen Slaters Supergirl which is great! I highly recommend this series!

When I first heard they were doing a Supergirl series, I thought it was going to be overly "girly". And it's really not. It's a real, fun show. Not to mention it gives our first live action version of Martian Manhunter!

This is a fun and entertaining show. You can enjoy this even if you know mothering about the story of Supergirl. While it does take place when she id an adult and not a teenager it is still worth watching.

Good adaptation of the DC Comics series, with emphasis on the 1960s version of the character. There are updates for today's audiences, but this is the first super-heroine television series since Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman in the 1970s. Good role model for young ladies.

The show didn't start out as strong as it ended. It took about 5 episodes to get going, but when it did, it became second to The Flash that year, with Arrow not being in top form and Legends of Tomorrow being underwhelming. Check this out if you like comic book shows.

A good first season with moments of chessiness but moments of comic book come to life. Supergirl does well to mix different elements together and makes them work although sometimes if may come of a little forced. Overall I really liked this season and look forward to more

If you are into watching superhero movies and tv then this is just right for you. It is produced by the same team that brought us Arrow and The Flash and while not as gritty as Arrow is still filled with lots of action. I bought the blu-ray set and it looks great in hd.

Always introducing you to new characters. As the saying says expect the unexpected. You think your going a certain direction with a character and the out come is not what you would think. Such a adventurous show.

These disks don't utilize the full amount of space so there is a lot of compression. It's spread onto 3 disks (most tv shows are on 4) the average bit rate is 11 mbps which is half what other blu ray shows are. That said the picture quality is still pretty good.

I was iffy at first with Supergirl because I had such high standards from being a smallville fan! But if does not disappoint! A very very good show. And a must see for any big Martian manhunter fan like myself!

It has always been difficult translating the super-hero genre to TV, but starting with The Arrow and now Supergirl, the producers have done a great job. The Blu-ray brings the series to life in all its glory.

Supergirl has been a wonderful addition to the CW superhero lineup. The show has a ton of heart. If you enjoy the lightheartedness of The Flash, Supergirl will be right up your alley.

Supergirl Season One is perfect for fans of the show or new fans like myself. Loved getting the chance to watch all of the season one episodes so that I could jump right into season two. Great DVD set.

Who doesn't love superheroes. And this ones for the girls and empowering show for the female audience and action packed for the males. This show is just great all around. There is something for everyone.

The quality of the film is very good including color, clarity and sharpness. It is the story that makes this a fun watch. It has charm and even battles for action types. Something for everyone without stooping to low class humor. A real pleasure to watch.

Bringing Supergirl to TV was one of the best things to ever happen. Story lines are great, action is awesome, and the cast has chemistry. This is a great addition to an already awesome DC TV universe.

Supergirl is a great tv show to watch. It's very interesting, has a good amount of action and drama. I really liked watching it on TV so that's why I decided to buy season 1 on Blu-ray.

The picture looks great but like all of the Arrow Verse shows there isn't a ton of extra features. There is a whole lot of stuff that could have been covered as extra features but wasn't. Still a great show and a welcome addition to the Arrowverse.
