I personally enjoy this film and was pleased to upgrade my DVD copy to the higher Blu-ray resolution. It's not a high-end production. It probably qualifies as a B-movie, but it highlights some A-list appearances. I really enjoy Mark Hamill's contribution and Michael Biehn graces the cast as well. It has a nice blend of dark humor and a couple pretty intense, gritty scenes. The storyline is satisfactory. Don't overlook this gem! I see this one as going out of print at some point - and you will be glad that you bought it here now!

The blu-ray was in perfect condition. It worked perfectly. The blu-ray disc played perfectly.

It's great to see veteran actors such as Tony Todd and Mark Hamill carry this Tarrantino-inspired gangster/revenge flick. Great twist at the end too.

Sushi Girl is a cool, twisty movie with the best cult movie stars. You can't miss it.

Great Cast including Tony Todd (Candyman), Mark Hamill (Star Wars), James Duval (Donnie Darko), Jeff Fahey (The Lawnmower Man), Michael Biehn (Aliens), Noah Hathaway (The Neverending Story). A Gangster gets released from prison and that night his old friends arrange a sushi dinner served over a delectable young naked woman, who has more then just appetizing on her mind. Acting like I mentioned is fantastic with aforementioned stars chewing up more then just sushi. Doesn't quite reach the heights of Tarantino, but enjoyable and deeper then the just the first helping.

Bought this Blu-ray as a recommendation am glad I did. I love this movie and have watched it back to back on many occasions. I even got a few friends hooked on it. Nice to see Tony Scott still has it as a great actor/performer. This is just one of those "below the radar" movies that you come across from time to time and your glad you did.
