great system, Swann has been around along time and the ease of operation was a must for me. I have purchased 5 of these systems for our church and friends, and home. they are great and you can use any combination of screen resolutions, 1080p with 720 it works just fine. Buy it you won't be disappointed.

very good for the price and better yet when It got priced match without any questions

I replaced an older camera system due to cameras flaking out and box lost its mind. The Bnc cables were compatible so installation was a breeze. Love the cameras and look forward to setting up internet portion so I have access when I'm away

This is a great camera set and affordable price. The cameras are made well, plentiful, and smaller than most. The cameras blended well under the eaves. However, if you looked for them, you would see them. If I was using these indoors, a hallway @ 40 feet, they would have been perfect and I would have kept them. My use outdoors, however, worked but really stretched the pixels to the max at 70+ feet. Daylight view was acceptable, but the nighttime was difficult, but usable for alarm/alert purposes. However, at these distances, the target image became blurry and it was not likely we could reasonably identify the license plate or the naughty person. The camera ir light did aid in the view at this distance. So we upgraded to the 4K system. The return went smoothly with no questions asked. I am very satisfied with the system as a unit and I believe this would work well for 90%, or more installations.

I had an issue with motorcycle theft in my neighbor hood. Installation was very straight forward and easy to do with a friend. Great view and love the price for the amount of cameras you get.

House was too big for wireless and was worried about the signal so went with these. Love them and get a lot of cameras. You can even buy extended wire on amazon to reach farther. They work great for us and you can buy different cameras from swann too that work with this setup.

Great picture. However, navigating through the software both on phone and on TV is difficult. It takes time to learn what to do. Other than that, I love it.

We are using this system to monitor distribution at a manufacturing and shippinng facility. We purchased three of the 8 channel DVRs originally and were so impressed that we had our entire ditribution network outfitted with them. We are finishing up our original site by consolidating the 8 channel DVRs into 16 channel with larger harddrives 2-4 TB. Swann has been an exceptional partner.

This is a great camera system. The install was straight forward. The interface is easy to use. Great picture quality. Only thing missing is sound. Overall very happy!

I have never had problems with a Swann security system. Setup these up numerous times and they have always been easy to install and the picture has great quality. Will continue to use these if more occasions come up.

Easy to hook up came damaged in box . Great picture its a great system for price just need to get time corrected

The camera security is so clear. And easy to spot on you can see it n you phone. And monitor I recommend it

We were looking at buying a 12 camera package for my aunts property, she did not want to spend much and I was the one doing all the research. This is by far a great deal, it give you the option to get an additional 4 extra cameras for a total of 16, also the 2TB is a big plus specially for those 12 cameras. Have not gone to trying all the features on the app but its great that my aunt will be able to access remotely.

Only drawback is screen shots on iPhone can’t be enlarged with thumb and fore finger. Other versions of Swann’s software allowed that!

This is great I can see everything that going on. Love that I can see from my phone anywhere I'm at.

PRO: The daytime views are strong and have good quality for quite a distance. The cameras seem to have good quality housing and the ability to adjust angles is very good. CON: The night vision is extremely weak and the DVD recorder went completely dead after only 10 months of use. I bought the geek squad plan so we will see how long the replacement lasts

Camera resolution and clarity is superb. The IR night vision is really impressive. Installation was a bit of a project, lots of cables to run. I was not impressed with manuals and had to learn the system by experimentation. Overall, I am very pleased.

DVR and Cameras are solid. User interface for management software is rough. Even with a background in computers it took me a few hours to set up.
