Poor products and service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So we bought this 10 days ago and it already has issues with 3 channels. 2 channels seem to be wire issues where the corner of the picture gets distorted. Then one camera has lines which run thru it. So 6 days ago I started the request for a new cable and they still have yet to confirm they are sending me one. The customer service is the worst, The lady transferred me to a dead end instead of a manager. That was one of the many bad calls. Now the best part is the homesafe view app. This app only will give notifications if you have 4575 DVR with thermal imaging cameras. So the app which serves many dvrs only give you push notifications if you have the one system. Now I have a feeling if they can send me email alerts with my 4575 dvr and non thermal cameras then why can they not configure the app to do the same thing.
