We purchased and installed 5 cameras with 2 hard drives and completed the task all on a Sunday afternoon. The software for the hard drives was easy to install and configure. The cameras were easy to mount and point. The video produced is of good quality.

Great first set security cameras. Can zoom in to see license plate numbers or detail. Clear crisp HD vision. Easy to set up around house. Software a little difficult to link with system to look online from phone. Only bad thins is difficult for me at least to view online and the wires are an eyesore if not hidden in wall.

night vision isnt the best, but does pretty good..very happy with it so far

The 4 camera system is excellent for our business needs. Works great.

The live video is good. The playback has good quality. Although one of the features it has is a remote log in. As in from work or on vacation across the country. Not sure if it's my phone or what but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Haven't been able to figure out the pattern yet. But all in all for the money, I am glad I got this system. Thank you.

The camera was professionally installed, I'm pleased.

But the cameras are RIDIC. I'm used to seeing security footage on movies and TVS, and this is so clear it's insane. Loving the fact that we don't have to change batteries. Only wish we had gotten them sooner when we were building so that we didn't have to struggle to hide wires, but a small price to pay for this great image.

Put the cameras up then 2 days later the cameras started to trip out. Waited a couple more days and they kept going bad. Had to unplug the cameras every time to reset the image. Decided to return and get the 1080p cameras.

This is a really great product which fits my needs perfectly. I always can trust Best Buy to have what I'm looking for.

It's your basic IR system. I use it for portable investigations. Sometimes the cameras are fine, and other times they are grainy. Good luck getting in touch with customer service by email! It took almost 2 weeks for them to reply to 1/2 of my questions. It's a fairly easy system to set up, but you can find newer and better options out there. Plus, I can't even find this product on Swann's website anymore.

Good night time views for around the house. Daytime performance is stellar. Easy interface and user friendly.

It is easy to set up and operate. The cameras can view farther than it says. Very clear and easy to see and zoom. Night vision is clear as day but in black and white.
