Work great day or night good play back easy to use

Easy setup. It worked well first time. No problems

This camera set comes with all that you need, with the exception of a drill, to set this up yourself. With some good cable management, this system is easy to set up. Best of all, you have control of your footage without paying a monthly fee for the privilege of seeing the footage of your own house.

I love my Camaras, I can see my house from my living room or my bedroom, and away from from home on my Phone, it is all I need and the Night view This is what you Need for Night Security.

It seems like a good system, but one camera is extremely grainy and it is still being researched why and what the solution would be. I would rate it one star higher if the DVR came with a keyboard. Clicking an icon on the screen, then mouse clicking in the ID and password all the time, is a real annoyance. Like the way it works on the phone and on my laptop, but connected to a monitor it is lacking because of the mouse click to logon. Additionally, the box should come with detailed information about the settings as it is not very apparent for managing the system. I'm saying yes to the recommendation, but it is a bit expensive because the wired install by Geek Squad is $100 per camera, so $800 for install, and $400 for the unit.

The ONLY flaw I would say is even relevant, is the lack of audio (but I knew this model didn't have it when I picked it out) other than that, no issues whatsoever! 8 cameras SURROUND my home so I not only have a 365 degree field of view, but it also has my garage fully covered, and the entry way into my home. The app and set up is a bit of a pain in the butt, however in this day in age we have YouTube which drastically helps the process. Once set up, you can view the cameras, playback, take photos, and snippets of video directly from the app, or the wired DVR. Oh, did I mention there is not an app for PC...also just as user friendly and it can be accessed wherever you have internet. I am a realtor so I am constantly on the move, the ability to see the cameras ANYWHERE is amazing! Best purchase I have made in years!

The cameras were pretty straight foward on the install. Everything works fine when I'm at home to view mobile, but when I'm 20 miles away it seems to work when it wants.

Bought this set and so far satisfied. Cameras have great picture day/night.. only downside so far is the homesafe view app but its a 4 star system overall.

Love my swan system installed my self the camera have great image for great price also if you have a google chrome cast and cameras hard drive is connect to the internet you can cast your camera to TVs is really awesome feature

After cars broken into in our area I wanted to see what is going on around our house the 8 camera's cover all of the house and cars I like the night vision works great.

We don’t have all the cameras installed yet but what we do have up and running seem to be working well. Clear pictures, easy to install.

Many of the cameras now operate off of wifi. this is a good option for continuous recording without the use of wifi.

installation is fairly easy as long as you have easy access. I purchased three of these systems for my rental houses. One house was vinyl-sided and I was able to "stuff" the wires along the roof line, completely hidden. the other houses are multi-story wood sided and I had to tack up the wires. More time consuming but looks fine. The software was fairly easy to setup, and settings can be copied from one camera to the rest of them with a single click. The app works well for remote access. One downside is that the DVR needs to be plugged in to your internet router via ethernet cable - no wifi capability. But in my opinion this is a good thing - more reliable speed and connectivity.

Water gets into camera and even moisture if covered under doorway.

This is the second time I purchase this system and I have no complaints. Easy to set up and navigate. Cameras work awesome. Camera range gives me the ability to cover everything I need.

Excellent to keep an eye on property. Records motion and let's us keep track of what goes on while away.

This security system works great and I can check on any part of my front/back yard and driveway at anytime with a live stream on my phone app. I am very happy with this product.

Easy to set up. Works well so far. App can be a little inconsistent but has worked for the most part.

hardware works great, although running the wires was a little tricky. the software sucks though
