Good security system. Easy to use for beginners. Recommend

This was a great buy, easy install and has a lot of options to select from. We had no prior experience in setting this up. Instructions were clear and the price of 399.00 could not be beat for a camera system like this. And it stores for 30 days before it retapes. We love it.

Good does everything advertised. Clear videos even at night. Simple use the Dvr to review video.

I purchased this item after we were robbed and it does an excellent job of keeping a watchful eye on all of the properties. The ability to view at any time with a PC or smart phone is a plus also.

Having this camera makes me feel more secure whenever I'm going out. I can manually program the recording or turn it of at any time I want. You would need someone who understand how to set it up as I have no idea at all. It gives a clear day/night vision and is very sensitive to motion. A little pricey but worth it.

Would definitely recommend for beginners, we have so enjoyed seeing who's been getting our morning paper. Our dog has. We feel safe having this system also.

This works good. I think the light needed to go to color is a little high other then that it works good

Bought this after my house was broken into and looked into something that would be easy to install and monitor my house when I'm not there. Glad I can monitor from my tv or smartphone when I'm at work. Glad I purchased.

Great home protection. Camera view is outstanding. I especially like being able to view the cameras from my smart phone. Installation was explained well on brochure. I did need to buy extra wire because the one provided was not sufficient for the lengths was using, Overall, a great buy.

Installation was simple and straight forward. Cameras are clear during the day. I was hoping for better night time clarity. No problems receiving email notifications with motion alarms. Overall for the price, they work well

HELP!! I've had my cameras hooked up for a week or so now. Installation was easy but one of my cameras recently went to black and white during the day and no visual at night. Any help on this situation will be appreciated!

The camera has good picture quality. The application has nice features to it. It is easy to install. You do need a monitor to actually see if it is working or not. Good price;

Purchased about a year and 3 months ago cause my house was broken into, installed no problem cameras good, but no direction for DVR programming and nothing online. 6 months later my car was broken into but could not review history, come to find out the DVR hasn't been recording the whole time, called Swann they say DVR hard drive is broken and there is nothing they can do warranty expired at 1 year. It never moved from the spot I installed it to now. What's the use of putting in a security system if it doesn't record, very poor service from Swann. Best buy won't return unit or exchange, I'm very unhappy with both companies at this point. Will not recommend to anyone.

This security system is very user friendly and the cameras are very clear in the day and pretty good at night. If you want a movie quality picture then you will pay a lot more. I would not go any lower than the 720 tvl camera picture or don't even bother with a system. I got more than what I thought I paid for but will go to a HD system the next time though because close ups are a little blurry. I am happy with the system and the cost compared to other systems I researched in the class of system. This is a good system for the price.

nite vision ain't worth a darn, thought it was a pan & tilt,ripples on my new screen & way to much hassle to get on certain screen. Can't turn on alarm it beeps every 3 seconds

The cameras have good qualities and the app is very useful when you are away from home and you want to know what is going on around and inside of your home.
