Works good for a year

You have to run cables through your walls or attic back to the DVR. No problem there. Within a couple months a camera got stuck in IR mode. I had to replace the camera myself. Then another and another. After two+ years I am now getting horizontal lines across the screen on all cameras and SWANN states it's a power issue. I refuse to buy this system again and urge you to beware before you buy.

There were no surprises and the picture quality is excellent. You receive plenty of cable to wire a large house. I bought mine through the BestBuy Daily Deal and got an incredible price. I have already recommended to a friend and he is happy with the unit also.
