Not very good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if I am just jinxed or what. The first system we got was installed and we couldn't get power to the DVR. I had to return the DVR part back to best buy. :-( They wanted me to bring back the cameras and everything that we had installed. But, I talked them into just switching the DVR with a new one since I knew that was the problem and not the cameras. We installed the new DVR and all was well for about 2 months. Then, channel 1 wouldn't show up online. So we changed that camara to channel 5 on the back of the DVR. and it worked again. Now, 2 more months later, all channels are coming threw scrambled. It's been 5 months since we bought the system. I'm taking the DVR back to best buy tomorrow to be worked on. That's what the customer service line man said we needed to do. The customer service line is great. That's the best part of the system. Getting to talk to some one about the problem. I also have 2 Samsung security systems. I would recommend the Samsung.

Simple Installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this system based on good reviews. I was not disappointed. Very easy to install. Once cameras were mounted and wired, all I had to do was scan QR code with mobile device and was connected.

Try to call Customer service b 4 you buy

So far the system has has yet to send me an email even though I have passed the email configuration. I have had this 2 months and have yet to get a response from Customer Service. The US toll free number is "no longer in service" Do yourself a favor before buying: Go to Swann website, go to contact us and just try to get through to customer service.
