service sucks..had to call numerous times to tech support and waited extended time for help..accents were strong which made understanding not clear.one of the camers malfunction and other camera was defected. am in process of returning system. the critical concern was that installation was done in a different state & the troubleshooting had to be done on site :-(

I bought the system to watch the exterior of my two story home. The camera's was going to be mounted under the gutters on the soffit. During my testing of the cameras out of the box, I was amazed at how clear the cameras were. But once evening came I aimed the camera out a open 2nd story window and the night vision was horrible. I had my son holding a flashlight outside and the camera picked up the beam from the flashlight but barely picked up my son's image unless he was within 20 ft. Needless to say but if they were mounted any higher they would be useless at night. It's a good system if you only need daylight video surveillance or night surveillance within 15ft.
