Originally bought to travel with for work so can put on back through airports. Still using to carry into local work. Comfortable on back, several pockets & pouches for size of backpack. Like having pocket for both computer & tablet. Like cable inside carrying handle, feels strong along with shock adsorbing shoulder straps.

I am an independent contractor and match take my office with me. My office includes an iPad, iPhone, clipboard, scissors, magnifying glass, pens and pencils, snacks and coffee pods, and other miscellaneous items that might become necessary. The Swiss Gear Backpack has spaces for everything I need. The backpack itself is very sturdy. The shoulders are padded and the straps are adjustable so I get a great fit when I have the backpack on. The zippers have large enough pulls so I don't have to go searching. The compartments are big enough to fit items in. Now I can leave home without worrying about forgetting anything.

Love it! Well made. Sturdy. My laptop is well protected.

Haven't had a backpack in years, got this on sale and glad I did. I have used it for work, personal and as a diaper bag. Great quality construction, sturdy handles and comfortable.

This bag is heavily built - with reinforced straps and plenty of pockets to spare. It's also very comfortable to wear too. I definitely feel safe carrying my laptop and other electronics around in this bag. Highly recommended if you can get this item or wait for a decent price drop from a sale.

Strong and sturdy, yet light weight backpack. Plenty of compartments to hold all your stuff including laptop, iPad, phone, files, notebooks, and supplies. Would consider getting another down the road; however, this product will last a very long time!

About the same price I paid for my last Swiss pack but much better...more room, sturdier, better design.

Got 2 of these backpacks for my sons for their computers when they were a Deal of the Day. I was really pleased when they arrived in the mail. They are very durable and cushioned to protect the laptop. The backpack has several pockets which is nice to store all of their computer stuff. I went back to order myself one and they had been marked back up to regular price. Definitely worth the money though.

For the price of backpacks one would think they would last... however until this model all had been a disappointment. However this SwissGear laptop model is very well build, has features liked a padded laptop pocket, and lots of room for all the necessities. Generally and overall a very nice backpack with the potential to last for many years. Hope to be handing this one down to the next kid.

Quite big to fit 15.6 inch laptops, More than enough pockets, very sturdy, water proof, soft shoulder belts... this bag will last you for at least 5 years or more...

I bought this on a 4 hour flash sale and it was almost 50% off! This seems to hold more of my things and it's built pretty solid. I travel a bit so this will come in handy.

Lots of pockets for stuff, a compact keyboard fits nicely. The pocket for the laptop is cushioned and so is the shoulder straps. Seems to be well built and good materials.

Good quality, light, many pockets to distribute items. I had previous similar product but no doubts this is even better. Very happy with purchase.

Surprisingly this backpack has a lot of space without feeling bulky. Compartments can easily facilitate carrying multiple laptops and/or iPads.

I bought this backpack as a Deal of the Day price and thus at a super low bargain price. As such, it warranted an excellent rating for the money I spent. While more of of mid-sized or so sized bag, this bag has a lot of useful capacity for those who schlep around lots of stuff AND would like to keep things separate. The main pouch will ready hold a 15.6" notebook in a sleeve AND a tablet device. A secondary pouch is almost as large. The two large side pouches can readily hold a large after market charger, a mouse and dongles in a single pouch or 16 oz water bottle. The 4 pouches on the back vary in size and add further storage capacity and flexibility. Their only shortcoming is that the pens and such inside storage inside one the pouch's storage could have a bit more slots and such to hold things in place. Then again, who handwrites anything all that often anymore? The bag's build quality looks solid and both its contents and strap comfort padding are robust. The only thing I would have liked on the shoulder straps would have been a cross strap connector, but one can't have everything. On the other hand, the straps do have loops to hold glasses and elastic shock absorbers typically found on better bags. This backpack also has a very robust grab handle on top. I was very pleased about this as the online pictures do not show it clearly - but I bought the bag anyway without having a chance to see it physically even thought I am an old school touchie/feelie consumer. Another nice touch: both the two main pouches as well as the two larger extra ones on the back have double zippers, All in all, a very well-made bag with as many features and functionality as a better Swiss Army Knife. At retail, it is price competitive - on sale, it's a great deal!
