I did have a slight problem the first time I used it. I was packing for a flight and had to much in one section as I was zipping it closed it stitching for the zipper started to give way(human error). I relocated some stuff to not do it again and works great. I love the color and all the features. Great purchase for the price.

I bought 3 bags & put all my stuff from my current bag in them to see how they fared & felt full of stuff. After listing pros & cons this one won. I haven't used it much yet, but am assuming this Swiss Gear bag will hold up as well as my last one...daily use for 5 years & still going (but the main zipper is going to give out soon). I really like the stablizer bottom so it doesn't fall over. And the pockets on the sides make it easy to slip any size beverage bottle in or out. Looking forward to many years of use.

Good looks, will hold a 15.6 inch laptop, and seems to be holding up well enough. Daughter is using at college just wish it was water proof, its not so we will but a cover for it then it should be just what she needs.

This back pack is both highly functional and really comfortable when carrying heavy devices. It's got many compartments to easily organize all devices and chargers.

I was debating whether or not to spend this much on a backpack just because it had a compartment to put my laptop but Swiss gear does the job well! Padding on the backside makes it comfortable regardless of how much weight is in it, and I love that there's various pockets. Only downside is when I only have a couple of notebooks and folders it looks like I'm hauling bricks since the pad liner at the bottom retains a wide-base shape.

Very well made with lots of protection for the laptop computer. It also has plenty of space for books and supplies. As a bonus the color is very attractive!

This backpack has a compartment or attachment for everything. I went to Europe and this was perfect for my trip!

the backpack is awesome! It holds my computer, kindle and all my "stuff" to take with me without carrying another bag. Very comfortable on my shoulders.

15" MacBook Pro fits great and I'm able to carry a lot of my books for classes. This is a great back pack and very sturdy! So glad I found it!

I bought this simply because it has purple in it. other than that SWISSGEAR speaks for itself. bonus I caught it on clearance.

I have had my share of going through backpacks. When I purchased the Swiss Gear backpack and carried it for a week I knew then that this one was going to last me a really long time. I love the space I have for my laptop and my books all at the same time. I suggested this backpack to a friend after I bought and she loves hers too.

My husband bought this for me when I went on a cruise. Worked great & a great size for a personal carry on for the plane.

The bag is excellent. I bought it for my wife to take a class. She has used it for the past two weeks and loves it.
