I bought this bag to replace an old backpack (a backpack before I carried laptops and tablets). As a professor, I need to carry many different kinds of supplies, and that now includes my Asus tablet. This backpack carries everything I need. I am very picky about how a backpack is organized, and I found a way to make this work. I really like that this could carry my laptop and tablet (if needed) or two tablets. There are compartments for both, which makes this bag very flexible. I also like the two side elastic bottle holders. In addition, I like the way the bag keeps its form--it does not collapse on itself when you put it down. Finally, the most important thing about a backpack is how it feels on your shoulders and back. I tried 4 bags before deciding on this one. The determining factor was that it did not hurt my body after wearing it for 15 minutes. And when I put more weight in it, the comfort level did not change. I currently use a Swiss Gear (Wenger) rolling bag, so I trust the durability of their products. I would highly recommend this backpack.
