We recently purchased the Nintendo Switch OLED from Best Buy, and I must say I’m very satisfied with both the product and the buying experience. Product Experience: The OLED screen is a major upgrade—bright, vibrant, and makes handheld gaming feel so much more immersive. The improved audio, wider stand, and overall build quality give it a premium feel. I’ve enjoyed titles like Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Mario Kart even more on this model. Best Buy Purchase Experience: The staff were helpful and well-informed. The product was available as promised, and the in-store pickup was smooth and timely. The packaging was secure, and the console came in perfect condition. Overall Rating: 5/5 Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their Switch or buy one for the first time. The OLED model is worth the price, and Best Buy made the purchase process easy and pleasant.

Never had a switch, i have a gaming pc ,xbox series x and ps5. I felt like i want to play some OG switch games ,so went and bought it, miss playing mario games, i dont have the patience to wait for switch 2 so went with the oled with mario game included. The switch store is kinda slow,need to have patient for that. it loads the game search slow,controller feels flimsy ,we will see how it will hold out. Other than those 2 complaints with the nintendo store loading slow and controller feels flimsy everything is perfect.

Grandson very rarely puts it down. He is engrossed with minecraft and mario cart.

Expect system for couples as well! Love playing ether local co op games with the wife as well as love the single player games like Zelda and such!

Love the game bring back childhood memories now my little one can play old school games from generations

Worth the money! Although I don’t like the game came with a lot, it’s still worth it! And it come with Nintendo membership too!

The display is so crisp. I am in love with ingenuity of how many different ways to you can utilize the joysticks! So much fun, I can easily tote this little guy around everywhere. I do recommend getting a microSD card for extra storage, the system storage doesn't allow for much and I don't like to delete and redownload games.

Still 720p in Handheld Mode: While the OLED screen is beautiful, the resolution remains at 720p. Price: It's the most expensive Switch model.

The switch itself is fantastic and we’ve had no issues! The gentleman at the Geek Squad was super fantastic and very helpful and I was pleasantly surprised after the poor interaction I had at another location.

This is a grear purchase, but keep in mind if you already have the original switch and want to upgrade don't buy this one since the difference is not that big. Overall, you can tell slight difference in screen size and graphics. The nicest part is that yoy get more storage for your games.

I needed a new switch cause my old one broke and needless to say I am overjoyed with the upgrade! The screen is bigger, it’s runs so much better, I should have made the upgrade sooner.

This thing in amazing! I finally upgraded from my first switch and it was long overdue. Great clarity, HD is awesome, battery lifes great and still as portable as ever. Perfect for gaming on the go as I travel!

I ordered this online. It came before the date of delivery that was indicated. I like the fact that they have a customer service that will answer their phone once we open it up on Christmas morning if there’s something I need to speak to someone about the price was the same as anywhere else. I just prefer Best Buy so that I can speak to a specialist if I need to
