Setup is a snap with HomeKit. The colors don’t always change as you select them on screen, and sometimes you have to repeat the action, but overall they work really well. No hub!

I bought this bulb and it is my first smart bulb. It has great selection of colors and is so easy to control from the apple home application, which is included in ios13! I also like the fact that you don't need wi-fi- it can be controlled directly through bluetooth.

These are great to have, to be able to use the app to turn them off or on is great when arriving home or leaving.
