Good while it lasted

Not sure if it was due to my roommate misusing it or if it just gives out. Either way it worked like a normal charger, and the length is worth it if you move around or you sleep with your phone in bed.

Company Never Reponded to 3 emails!

And no phone number is listed on the web site. The best buy website clearly states a one year warranty. When you try to go to the orders and returns section of symtek website this is what you get Fatal error: Call to a member function addCrumb() on a non-object in /home2/gfys2012/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Sales/Helper/Guest.php on line 135 Do not buy if you expect a warranty
