I purchased Compustar - 2-Way Remote Start System -[ Installation RequiredModel: CS4905S-KIT] 3 sets for cars in family at a discount during Black Friday deals at Thanksgiving. The Geek squad instal guys did an excellent job, though the Lexus needed extra charge due to some extra instal for door opener etc., Overall I am very much impressed with the quality and the service is great. They are working fine, with great range when pointed at even through buildings etc.

On August 1st my deck was removed from my car.I haven't heard anything yet?? The gentleman working was nice and threw my factory deck back in. Was hoping for a more speedy recovery that's why I paid for geek squad protection plan. Just disappointed with that. It's almost September and my fingers are crossed something will happen!! Loved my Kenwood hands free deck makes driving safer with a cell phone.

This sandisk mp3 player is easy to use! Light weight with sports clip. Bluetooth, which when paired to our bose or sanyo headset sounds great! makes my travels on airplane much more enjoyable, not just for the music but audio books as well. Oh it also has a fm receiver/radio.

I ordered a remote start for my car, I had scheduled an appointment for the install about a month out, I was told the day before my appointment that “the tech that is scheduled that day, is not certified to do that install”. So not only did you guys screw up by scheduling it on a day that might not work, but you have techs working there that are not certified? Well let me come back to this. So not only do you just cancel my appointment, your guys lied to me saying that the “compustar” remote start I had bought, was not going to be the best fit and that the “viper” would be a “much better” fit, your guys also some how try to put this on me and told me that I would need to come in and reschedule an appointment. So when I come in to reschedule my appointment, I was told by one of your workers that the tech that was scheduled to do my install either does one of two things when confronted with a problem like this, either make the job easier for him self, or just not do the job at all. The Technician they were referring to is Calvin. Not only that but Calvin is the one that called me and and canceled my appointment because he said the tech that day isn’t certified to do the work, Calvin is the tech that was scheduled that day. So he called me canceled my appointment that was with him because he didn’t want to do a “hard”job. I do not care if it’s a hard job, I had already purchased the remote start that included install. That was $300+ dollars, so him just canceling my appointment is incredibly frustrating because he did not want to do the job. I genuinely never felt so insulted and upset with a company before. I will and have continued to tell all my friends and family to never do any business with Best Buy or with Geek Squad. You guys gave me the hardest time, made this extremely difficult and a painful experience. The guys over at Geek Squad need to be trained on customer service and how to deal with problems. Best Buy you need to step up your game. Again, I would not recommend Best Buy to anyone, not only are you guys expensive with your products but your customer service sucks so bad. I am extremely disappointed with your service. Please let me know how you guys plan to fix this and make this right.

Wes did a killer job installing the new double din radio and backup cam. I have an older Tacoma, and he got it looking like factory installed. Excellent job !

I would recommend these guys for installation of whatever you need installed. Service was quick and explanation of how to use my remote start was great.

Turns out my “certified installer” Andrew is a part-time employee who not only completely scratched up dashboard surrounding my new receiver but also managed to put several nicks in nearby areas as well. The management at this location only offered to spray paint my vehicle as a means to fix their reckless disregard of my even basic care of my property. They deleted my last review and the pics of the damages. They also left wires dangling.

Thanks geek squad! This came with a remote start bundle and it hasn’t failed at all. 0 issues after months of use. I couldn’t do it - only GeekSquad could

The installers had my harness mailed to my home along with the auto start. Installation went fast and smooth.

I bought (and had installed ) a JVC 920 BTS CD player from Best Buy ! The install was spot on !! The CD player on this unit is really crisp and clean ! For the price I am very Blown Away with the quality and sound ! The FM tuner is good but some of the radio stations (not local ) within 80-90 mile radius don't come in totally clear ! But I do think there is an adjustment in the tuner to expand the reach ? I will check owners manual ! Otherwise the quality of the cd player makes up for it ! The display is colorful and you can even change the color depending on your mood...or to match your dash light color ! I did buy the 2 year extended warranty ,,,,just in case ! I am very satisfied with this unit ....Sound and works great !

The Mechanic was professional and he finished the job at the time he told it would take. He was also vey patent with me, explaning every question I had. A very nice person, I thank him for his service.

This harness was the only extra item needed to complete the install. It matched up with the remote starter and was included in the sale price of the starter and installation. Everything is working well!

This part was just what I needed to get my car set up right!

Geek Squad installed my new car stereo with a minimum of fuss. They scheduled me a time & were ready when I got there. They had already pulled the wire harness & mounting kit. When the system was installed, they walked me through the microphone & remote operations. They were polite & efficient.

There is punctual explaining things took a little longer time that they estimated but that’s OK. Hope everything works out well.

The remote installation is the best addition I have made to my car. The tech did a fantastic job!!!!

Sean installed my remote start system in 2 hours and it has worked great so far. He was able to connect my 2 way remote to the system which was originally a 1 way system. great work and a very nice associate.
