Worst battery life

I hardly use either of them so usage is not the reason. Decent size screen but WHY? as it only allows 5 icons at a time.

Even though the original phone was purchased less than 15 days prior at a Best Buy in NYC the store here said the coverage did not apply as breakage is not covered by BB.

More complicated than I thought

This is a horrible phone
