Customers recognize the reasonable price point of the product, making it a suitable option for students. They also appreciate the camera's functionality and the quality of the pictures taken. However, concerns are raised regarding the short battery life, which lasts only about a day on standby, and the durability of the product, as some users have reported it stopped working shortly after purchase.

Chose this phone to replace another basic T-Mobile phone used primarily for texting. Liked the full side slide-out keyboard and also the conversation mode for texting. Not much memory for music, photos. Can't change volume without going through settings. Decent basic phone for a kid.

Features for price it is a good deal. The instruction manual does not match actual menu strokes needed in some cases. This phone does not support T-Mobile's contact backup to web. Battery goes down quickly in standby. Have not let it reach discharge but it is nowhere near what they claim. But overall, it satisfies most of my needs as a prepaid user without data plan, and at a great price. If you are tech savvy (or have such a friend) you can figure out most everything you need on it. Comfortable phone, comfortable keypad.

The product is surprisingly counter intuitive; basically it is not easy to do normal phone things and it seems as though it is missing some important standard features. The operating buttons are truly too tiny to work comfortably and the set up is quite impractical. The phone is not at all an improvement from it's previous model and I find it a general disappointment.

I purchased this for my daughter because she actually preferred a keyboard and not a touch screen since she primarily texts. I can give her service for a $1 a day and not feel like I'm getting taken for a ride! Overall it's serves it's purpose for keeping in touch with her.

Replaced my other phone which was very similar because of a plan change. Like the fact that this has a radio. Group texting was a little bit tricky for me to figure or get used to but seemed to work fine once I understood. Mainly use it to text my friend. Size is comfortable in the hand.

I had an older (6 yrs) Sanyo that was failing. I am not in the States often enough to justify continuing with my old carrier so I bought this one to use when I return to the States from visits. Everything about it works well. The store could not port my directory over from the old phone to the new one. I think the problem was that the new phone required an Import setting before it would work.
I bought 1000 pre-paid minutes with T-Mobile and they are good for a year - cheaper than carrying the old phone.
So far, so good and am keeping my fingers crossed and the battery charged. It seems to be a solidly made device.
The guys at BestBuy in Maplewood, NJ gave me outstanding service in trying to find me the right device and plan at a great price.

My main kicked the bucket, so I bought this phone as temporary backup. The phone is ok, however, it does not have easy to use volume adjustment.

I got this phone for my Mom who was in need of an upgrade. She loved her original Samsung that was very much like this one. That is why we chose it.

This is a great phone but didn't work with just a small amount of water. I know old phone styles last longer than the new smart phone but this one did not cut it.

The book that came with the phone tells you what it can do but, not how to do it.
I have to use handsfree to make a call or get a call.
I'm disappointed.
I took it to best buy and was told, they could not do anything, even though I purchased 2 year Geek squad protection. They advised me to take it to T-Mobile store and because it's pre-paid, they couldn't help me either. Guess I'm out of luck.

It's an ok phone. I brought this phone cuz I broke my other phone. I had a hot spot included to my bill plan but the phone didnt have it as in option. So I was very upset about that. I was paying for a service I needed and couldn't use. The phone needs to be more up to date
