The phone is just the right size for small pockets and small purses. The phone has a feature that will enlarge the numbers which is great assist for aging eyes and bright sunny days.

Excellent for Basic Users. Not a smart phone by any means. Lacks many basic features, but is very easy to use for non-smart phone friendly folks. Maybe a decent back up phone too.

This is a great start up phone for any t-mobile user!

I am not into the more elaborate phones so this one really works for me. It is simple to use and has all of the applications that I need and is compact and light weight. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

I bought this phone as a backup to my regular phone. I travel a great deal between several business locations, and sometimes I forget to take my cell phone. This phone is a no contract phone, so that I only pay when I need it. This has worked our great for me!

I needed a cheap phone that has great call quality. This phone is a phone first...exactly what I wanted. Used it in a crowded, noisy sports themed restaurant right after I bought it. I could understand the other person's words without any problem.

The phone is fine, but the headset that was supposed to come with it did not and it is a special headset not your regular 3.5mm and I have been to Best Buy twice to get it and they tell me I have to deal with Samsung and I have been on the phone with Samsung MANY times and they all assure me it should have come with a headset, they cannot provide me with on and I should go back to Best Buy to get it(where they don't have it even if they wanted to give it to me). I might return it and get another phone but the choices are very limited if you don't want a smart phone. A bluetooth would not work with me. Just disappointed in the services I have gotten with Samsung.

Great phone for the price, I was looking for a simple basic no contract phone for a disabled friend, while this is a great phone it seemed my only option for the most basic I could find. Looking for a phone that simply makes phone calls.

This phone does what it is suppose to do. I hear well on it. I can have bluetooth if I desire. I can have web access if I want. The basic features are there and this is what pleases me.

Good price, it was on sale. basic flip phone, suit the need for older people or simple use. Nowaday you can't find too many flip phones around.

Good phone when you want something simple and to the point. Nothing too bad about it. Just knowing its simple and easy to use takes the hassle out of dealing with smart phones and lagging to switch screens or even take phone calls.

After accidentally 'washing' my T-mobile phone with a load of clothes I was so shocked to find out the price T-mobile wanted to replace my basic service phone. Being a non-tech-savvy senior I do not use an 'all the bells and whistle' model phone so I only needed an 'answer the call with a hello' type. This model serves all my needs. By transferring my Sims card to this phone I eliminated the huge cost of replacement at the T-mobile store while enjoying the personal service offered by Best Buy personnel. I will definitely use Best Buy for all my telephone needs in the future.

This phone is a simple one to use. Doesn't have a lot of features but enough to get by. Very inexpensive but yet powerful.

Our need was an inexpensive phone for call purposes only. This does that quite well, has speaker, & picture features as well.

Overall a decent buy. Bought it essentially as a handset replacement for an AT&T nokia phone. Good battery life is a +. As I use it mostly only for making calls, this meets my requirements.

I wanted a little flip phone and I got a great little phone with clear voices in the calls, a good phonebook, speed dialing, text capability, a camera, picture messages...most of the basic features of a much more expensive phone. All for an unbelievably low price. What more could I want?

I loved the size and price of this phone, but it didn't work out for me. My original Samsung (different model) finally died after several years so I found this model, which looked similar. It worked fine for about a month then I began to have problems when calling other people. The phone would indicate it was connecting but I would not hear a ring at my end and could hear the person I was calling. (They could hear me fine.) It got to the point that this was happening about 50% of the time I tried to call someone. After a couple of weeks of this, I thought the phone was defective, so I bought another one. After a week, the same thing started happening. T-mobile tech support tried various things but the problem persisted. I finally wound up buying a different brand of phone and it has worked flawlessly for 3 weeks. I suspect the internal antenna on this model just wasn't up to getting a strong enough signal in certain areas of Denver.

This phone is a good basic phone for someone who just wants to make calls and text.

Great to be an older type phone. Got it for my grandmother and she loves the simplicity and how compact it is, definitely would recommend.

I don't need the apps, or video capability of the smart phones. My flip phone meets my needs, flip open and talk into the set. No more speaker, just speak & listen it feels more private
