I really liked this movie. I thought it was full of action and was so very pleasantly surprised they did it without bad language and nudity which made my wife very happy!

Taken 3 brings the action of the series to the streets of America. His family is in trouble again, and this time Liam is the prime suspect. It is another exhilarating romp that has its twists and turns.

I'll be honest, I have both Taken and Taken 2 in my collection. I did not really see a need for a 3rd, but we all know movie studios (namely Fox) capitalize off of a franchise they see to be successful. And that being said we have the movie Tak3n. Tak3n brings back Bryan Mills who again is trying to live a normal life. Bryan's ex-wife Lenore is having second thoughts about her current marriage to Stuart-and beginning to rekindle her feelings toward Bryan. After Bryan later receives a text from Lenore requesting to meet at his place to bring bagels, Bryan buys the bagels and arrives home; but what he arrives home to is something not even he saw coming. Liam Neeson is fantastic once again as the character Bryan Mills. Possessing both uncanny intelligence and elite fighting skills, he shows an unstoppable determination to solve the mystery of the movie. Maggie Grace does a great job too as his daughter Kim-which in all the movies, I think the bond they share gives these movies a more emphatic vibe; a man going high and low to ensure the safety of the people he cares most about. Famke Janssen returns as Lenore and does a good job, while Dougray Scott plays her ever so insecure husband Stuart. And Forest Whitaker does a Really nice job playing Inspector Franck Dotzler. He's not as easily fooled as the other cops in the movie are, and he and Bryan go back and forth with each other in terms of who's telling the truth and who isn't. The action in the movie is similar to the action scenes in the others, but there are still a few more explosions and surprises to be had in the movie. The story progresses mostly as it should; BUT at a point in the movie I kept telling myself things are becoming a little too predictable which is not exciting for a movie of this caliber. Sometimes the lines an actor says just feels like it can be a bit too much/'unnecessary for the type movie this is. Then too, the primary villain just is uninteresting and does not look exactly threatening. Even so, Taken 3 or (Tak3n if you prefer) manages to still be a worthy successor to the 2nd movie even if it's not better than the first; due to the lead actors/actresses, the action sequences, and the different direction of the (not entirely satisfying) but still good story. All this being said, while Taken 3(or Tak3n if you prefer) is nowhere near the quality of the 2008 film, my sincere hope is that you enjoy it because Taken 3 is An Above Average Experience

I was definitely Taken back by the plot and suspense of the third installment of this trilogy. With the addition of Forest Witaker the cat and mouse race begins.

I saw Taken 3 in the theaters before buying the DVD and to be honest I only bought it to complete my set. I was blown away by the first Taken and was excited for the second, (while not as good as the first it was a decent sequel). So I was really excited about a 3rd movie in the series, but my excitement was mixed with trepidation as I realized this would be the end. And thus I expected a Slam! Bang! Finale, and what I got (it's rare when what we expect and what we get actually mesh) was a B-level finale. Liam Neeson seemed to telephone in his performance, as if to say "if you're watching this then you've spent the money, the joke's on you". Even with a plot twist no one could see coming (which they ruin by putting in the trailer) there was just nothing in the movie to get excited about. They say the concluding act of a trilogy goes back to the beginning and this follows the formula to a "T". All things considered I think the movie would have been more aesthetically pleasing if Xander Berkeley had returned as Famke Janssen's estranged husband Stuart, whom she was divorcing while trying to reconcile with her ex-husband Bryan (Neeson). We see Dougray Scott in the role of Stuart this time out, ( Good, solid actor) I think I would have enjoyed it more if the original cast could have ended the series instead of having lead roles swapped out. All-in-all a fair sequel, but a barely lukewarm, rather tepid ending for the series. C.

Lots of action in this movie. I seen all the Takens and this one was as exciting as the rest.

I absolutely love this movie, actually all three movies. Ive watched them a few times.

I like his movies he's a very good actor and this movie was good with lots of action.

I know recently we like to see the good guy suffer, or at least get beat up a few times. While this does tend to make for a more exciting finale when the good guy finally comes out of the trenches to give us all a bit of what's lacking in our society today, JUSTICE! But when I watch TV or go to the movies to relax and have some fun, in particular I like the good guy (if he truly is GOOD) to win and the couple to get together and get married & live Happily Ever After. May not be looking at life realistically but do we really go to the movies for more of what we, ourselves unfortunately have to put up with in our daily routine of unfair living? I, personally think not. I go to the movies & watch TV to follow the way of GOD & have good win over evil, man & woman come together in Holy Matrimony. Bring it on TAKEN 3 & hope for TAKEN 4, 5, 6 as long as the end results are the same! If you believe as I do you won't be disappointed with this TAKEN 3!

Couldn't ask for a better price anywhere than what I got it for! It was just what I was looking for in price for a movie .

Each sequence compliments each other. Pretty soon though they are gonna run out of victims to take! love it just the same

This sequel doesn’t hold back to entertain. It has the same few people as the last two and the story still works well.

Usual Taken Experience. Liam Neeson is great as this character.

How does someone remember all of those details? He really keeps a cool head in the middle of all that.

If you like action and Liam Neeson than this movie is for you.

Great movie, keeps you on edge of your chair... easy to use. Picture was great, good color and grafics.

All the Taken movies are good, this one too. It always surprises us when a sequel is good and this one is.
