I was browsing in Best Buy a couple weeks back and saw this in a bin for only $9.99 along with Season 1 as well. I already had seasons 2 and 7 and am slowly building my collection to complete this series. I was glad I found this one along with Season 1 as I was ecstatic to see them. I snatched them up and brought them home and immediately watched them. They bring back old childhood memories of staying up late at night watching HBO and seeing great Horror stories. If you're a fan of classic Horror and, sometimes, dark humor, you must buy these sets.

This was one of the must watch shows that we viewed every week in our house on our favorite paid cable channel. If you like a half hour (or sometimes an hour) of thrill and chills, Tales from the Crypt is for you. Coming from the genius who gave us Mad magazine, you can't miss with his craziness and twisted sense of horror.

HBO's "Tales From the Crypt" series ran 7 years, featuring scores of great directors & performers. Ushering horror from the end of the 80s into the 90s, a decade largely devoid of horror films, The Cryptkeeper's tales are always sure to titillate. There some truly great episodes & some oddball duds, but on the whole, you'll always find time for the sleazy stories & pun-laden intros.

As a kid I remember trying to stay up late or sneaking in some late-night Tales From the Crypt. At $10 for each volume it's a steal. The episodes are still as gruesome and grim as I remember, but now as an adult I can comprehend the message that they were trying to tell. Definitely recommended for horror fans of all tastes.

Came across this collection at the same time as the Season 3 South Park. My oldest son started my collection (Christmas present 2 years ago) of this classic TV show and season 5 was one I still did not have (a show you don't run across very often). So glad I was browsing that day and found (at that time) the only copy in the store.

This is #5 in the Tales From The Crypt series and has not missed a beat in delivering enjoyment in viewing. I have the Series 1, 2, now 5 so I can't wait to get copies of Series 3, 4 and the remaining series. Price was unbelievable.

Yes, I got all my stories right where I want them...i have been looking for this disk for a few years...i used to watch this on HBO, and I have been hooked ever since. The crypt Keeper is the little man...lol! Funny as ever.

My son's desire to watch horror movies, and knowing he is still to young for most of today's thrillers, I was delighted to find this bundle 3 CD set. Each offering him enough scare and entertainment the whole family could enjoy.

Hollywood should make more of the tales of the crypt maybe adding CGI, into the mix a little sometimes they over do it with CGI and it throws the balance out, of a good movie. CGI stand s for Computer generated image. .

I was excited to find this movie at Best Buy. It was in great condition. I've found the BB carries alot of classic movies

This is great set of short horror stories. A lot of famous faces appear in each episode. Great set of DvDs to purchase.

I have been collecting these seasons and this one completed it for me...one of the best classic horror shows around!

I loved this series and almost have it competed watched it all in one night and just need the fourth just fun

certiainly enjoyed this series as a kid, though not available on Blu-ray I'll gladly take the DVD version.

Tales from the Crypt was an amazing anthology series. The Cryptkeeper was incredibly entertaining in a dark way.

There are lots of guest stars that I haven't seen in years. Best episode of the season has to be the one with Tim Curry & Ed Begley, Jr!

Tales From The Crypt has only gotten funnier over time. I love all the celebrities in the show.

Later seasons of TFTC are obviously not as good as the first few, but there are still a lot fun episodes to be found here.

A must have for tales from the crypt fans. Great extras. Can't beat the price!
