Disclaimer: I'm no where close to completing this game. This, being the latest in the Tales entry, is a port of the PS3 Japan-only release last year. The game is a Tales game for sure. Likeable anime characters, good guys, sort of good guys, clear bad guys, sweeping story. If you like the Tales series, you'll like this game. That said, it barely breaks any new ground. Only in that the battle transitions are more seemless. My favorite part is that it is up to 4 player local co-op. I drive the main character while my wife plays the secondary during battles. Great time for both of us. Get the strategy guide.

The game really blew me away for the most part. The only downfall to this amazing journey is the back stepping and you have to pay to travel from place to place. Other then that the story was golden (defiantly top 5 for tales games) and it was a good 60+ hours of my time.

While this may not be the best Tales game, it is still well made and fun and feels very anime. Story is interesting. Battle system and skills can get convoluted.

A good entry in the Tales series that manages to provide fun for those who haven't been overly invested in the series from the start such as myself.

When it comes to the jrpg formula of success Tales of Zesteria gets it right. If you love jrpgs that tell a great story that will captivate you then this game is for you. #SupportYourExclusives

The first Tales game on the ps4 doesn't disappoint. Great, cell shaded graphics in full 1080p. The combat is probably the best in the series to date. Definitely recommened!

Big fan of the Tales series dating back to Tales of Destiny. Their have been down points in the franchise's history and this isn't one of them. Interesting story and characters coupled with a slightly modified Tales combat system which we all know and love. Graphics aren't a strong point but never were but isn't bad looking by any means. Suffice to say if your a jrpg fan reading this which odds are you will be I recommend this game. We don't get many good jrpgs these days.

And I really like it. It has a nice art style, casual and fun RPG elements, a fun story, enjoyable characters, and just an overall pleasant experience.

If you're a fan of tales you'll love this game. It's a great exclusive for PS4 since XB1 can't secure rights. Game is good for. next gen console and handles well in battling rpg. Overall a great game

I had never played any of the tales seris before and this game makes me wanna go out and purchase all the other games for ps3. It's an excellent rpg game and i would recommend people to play it.

If your a tales fan, easy buy, but if your looking for a solid JRPG you might want to rent it first.

This game was a recommended by my best friend who always picks out the best RPGS. I am excited to be able to sit down and get into this game!

If you have played any Tales game, you will know what to expect with this game. This Tales game is just like all the previous sucessors. There is great story, great gameplay and great sense of nostalogia when you play it. Only thing missing is the lyrics in the opening song. Oh, this has japanese voice with eng subtitle as well.

I originally bought this so my step-daughter and I could play together. Unfortunately, all the second player can do is help fight when there is combat, and the camera angles are so bad, it's nearly impossible to be effective. This is why I can't give this game 5 stars. Everything else though, play, characters, plot is fantastic.

Zestiria is another good Tales game. Not as good as the previous games, but all the same. First PS4 Tales game was pretty great.

The first new generation tales of game fills my expectation. Great story, tons of fun, all while having very low load times.

This is a treat if you like Anime in any way. The Tales series is pretty much a video game based anime - with great graphics and gameplay. You don't need to have played any of the other Tales Games to enjoy this. This is the first "next gen" game and it shows - the graphics are smooth and look great in HD. Music is good and gameplay is fun. You can't go wrong if you're interested in Action/Anime/RPGs.

Just like Tales of Symphonia this is another great RPG. The battle system takes a little getting used to but the story so far is great! Definite buy for the RPG fan.

Better than most, not the best. Very in-depth customization options and fun combat.
