Purchased this on sale because no way am I buying a jump rope for $80 when I can count myself. Nevertheless, bought it at $39 and still a waste. Item was returned immediately. Cant see the numbers clearly during the sun light indoors at the gym. Tried it outside at night thinking that would work. Nope, numbers were showing behind me. The purpose is for me to see the number count while jumping. Turned the opposite way with same results. Bottom line this is a bad product. Don't waste your time or money.

So I purchased this jump rope for my father at Christmas time...there were only a couple left and the boxes they came in were all smashed up. Nonetheless the gift suited my father so I purchased it at the clearance price of $50(normally $70). When I got home I realized that in tiny print on the bottom of the package is the valuable information of size. That's when i learned that the rope that I bought was size small (for people 5 foot, 0 inches), my father is a little more than 5'10. So at this point I'm wrapping a $50 jumprope that is at least 9 inches short, needless to say I returned it...honestly even if it was the right size all the jump rope really did it was track your rotations and display them for you. You could also store data on your phone but who really needs another fitness app.

The rope does what it says but too expensive. I was fortunate to get it on clearance. Out of the package it is pretty tangled but hanging it up does the trick. Haven't figured out how to get the numbers to appear right in from of my face. They appear wherever they want, sometimes behind you.

The features mentioned work as expected and have been a motivating factor for my workout.

It's a pretty cool product. Got it on a deal. You can actually see how many jumps you do.
