Sound cut out when my phone was in my pocket

A week later I went on a walk to listen to an audiobook, and when my phone was in my pocket the sound kept cutting in and out. I was surprised because bluetooth shouldn't have that kind of interference. Had to return these immediately. On the upside the return was seamless.

Die in less than 30 minutes

I barely used them for long at all before they started dying. I couldn't go for a run or a long walk before they would die on me. I also couldn't wear them around the house since they would die. Worst of all, I tried to contact support 3 times and never got a response. Terrible.
