Q: How can i use for bluetooth
A: You have to pair it to your device, whether phone, tablet, pad, computer, whatever. The instructions should be included with packaging, but if not, then you hold down the power button (middle button) until the light flashes blue and red. That means it is in pairing mode. Have your device ready to search available bluetooth and it should be discovered. Pair it to your device and you are good to go. Powering off will not un-pair the device, the next time you use it it should recognized immediately.
Q: CAN YOU USE THIS WITH A SMART TV?
A: Mine were junk right out of the box. As soon as I would take off the charger, they go dead.... My advice would be to find a different brand

A: No, these are not waterproof so this can't be used while swimming.

A: Sorry, can't help. I don't have a Fitbit. However, if the Fitbit works with other non-Fitbit devices, it may work with your device. I assume you are talking about Blutooth, right? I'm not sure about frequencies but if there's a problem, that's the first thing to check.
