Decent only when it works

First one lasted a year long, second one I gifted to a friend and the third one suddenly stopped working after one month of purchase. Greatly disappointed with this company's product quality. Headphone seems charging fine, able to pair with my phone but no sound. No matter I do, there is no sound in headset.
