Works well and is compact for traveling and easy carry for presentations

Very adaptable, simple to set up and adjust between laptops that I dock into the single set up.

Does what is promised and does it well. Provides legacy USB2 connections as well as USB3 connections. Doesn't have a USB-C output and that is a negative - kept it from 5 star. Options for external display connections are good. Happy to recommend it provided you don't need extra USBC ports..

It does the job but its not very heavy and the attached cables that hang behind the desk want to pull it down - and the user has to be careful not to knock it back or it will go behind the desk. Other than that it works fine.

Products very good, after purchase service dismal. After spending over $500 dollars on monitors and accessories, other vendors, including other Best Buy locations, do not charge you $40 every 30 minutes to help set the system up. I shall be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Product is good but pricey. All in all it was good product.

Wanted to use to connect 3 screens did not work for me

I have this unit connected to a Lenovo laptop, no problems. Connected to the dock is a 27" monitor, printer, Ethernet cable (internet), and speakers. no problems. the only problem I have found is the USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse will not work plugged into this docking station. I have to connect it to the computer itself.

I got this to improve my productivity when working from home, I can not believe how nice it is to be able to use two screens and the laptop screen when working on multiple documents and/or when opening a large excel file and being able to spread it across all three screens to review and work it, GREAT.

Loving my dual set up with both monitors. Occasionally the docking station loses connection but no biggie. I unplug, plug back and am back up and running. Great purchase. Fits on my desk without taking up a lot of space.

While it has an HDMI port for my 24" flatscreen monitor, it does not appear to be supported. Instead of a one cable connection I have two. Set up was difficult for that reason. Keyboard, mouse and backup work well.

If you use and external keyboard, mouse or monitor, this docking station is for you. I shift between two laptops on occasion, and the docking station makes it as simple as one usb to plug into the laptop to be able to use the keyboard, mouse and monitor.

Bought this universal docking station for my remote needs, cross platform (Mac & MS). Connected all peripherals, and got to work immediately. Targus is a great product.

Does the trick as a docking station but has issues if you want to utilize chords above hdmi for those 120hz monitors.
