    Purchased in place of Microsoft Surface docking station. Was able to run two screens at same time from Surface book pro. Has some slight hesitation during startup but could be in my programming.

    Very easy to set up, all I had to do was plug in USB and power and the drivers installed automatically. I mainly used this dock to connect my laptop to 2 external monitors, I have. However, I experienced lagging when I played video, not sure if this is caused by the USB 3 connection. I returned this and bought one with Thunderbolt connection and didn't have the lagging issue

    The normal docking functions of ports worked fine. But this was supposed to have 2K video support. Games lagged some and jittered noticeably on screen. I ended up returning it since the Alienware laptop I game with has significantly better video than could be used through this dock.
