I can put my laptop in here and it is cushioned very well. I can also put any accessories that go to it in here with it. That way if I have to go anywhere it goes with me and does not get forgotten. I like the fact that it has a strap to carry the case on your shoulder also. You can carry one of two ways. By the handle or on your shoulder. I love that. Then it is not heavy either way.

It has weathered 2 different laptops, has been overstuffed (while traveling), and the surface is easy to clean. After 2.5 years of use, the bag shows no signs of wear. There are no frays, stitching is still in tact. The exterior of the bag is easy to wipe off if something spills on it. I have used this bag to transport a cell phone, laptop, iPad, all the charging wires for each of these bad boys, my back up battery pack, my external hard drive, and any paperwork that I've had to carry around. Several times, all of these at the same time. I have dropped the bag with only laptop in it from my shoulder once.. the laptop was ok. (phew! although I may have aged 3 years when it happened). There is a pouch for paperwork, the pouch for the electronics and goodies, a pencil/pen, small junk zippered section on the front of the bag. Enough space to carry all your bricks, Billy! Just get the darn bag.

Not a fan of the faux leather. It's not quite shiny and not quite matte. Shall well call it "shmatte"?
