I've got it locked now & can't get it unlocked. Also, I've search the web for videos and have figured out that people DO NOT know how to do a video. Targus spends more time on how to open the package then offering any usable advice.

I have tried everything to get it to work bc I'm remote working in Mexico and need it to secure my laptop. If it worked it would be a great piece of equipment

Posted .The colored bands on the lock heads are to differentiate the 3 lock types. When they are properly connected to the cable they are locked in and held securely. We do have a few locks that are just one type of lock.
