My fiancé needed a new backpack for work (old one wa stalling apart). Bought this one and it is great! Plenty of room, sturdy and well built.

Lots of compartments and easy to access to any items

I've had my Targus Drifter II backpack since mid-2012 and it has been my faithful travel companion for over five years and counting. The bag has held up much better than I had any right to expect when I first got it. Because my job requires me to travel several times a year for a couple of weeks at a time this thing has been hauled many thousands of miles and crammed into many an overhead airplane compartment and other than a few smudges you can't tell it's five years old. One of the things I love the most about this bag is the many, many zippered or velcroed compartments and pockets. The laptop sleeve is very spacious with with a very secure strap to hold your laptop in place. The next two compartments are rather large in and of themselves but offer mini-compartments to stash various accessories (chargers, battery packs, cables, head phones, etc). A few times a year I might have to take a three day/two night trip and this thing hold three days worth of clothes, my laptop, my iPad, chargers for everything, and a few other nicknacks. The most telling aspect of how much I like this bag is the fact that the company I work for provided me with another brand name backpack that costs about $20 more than the Drifter II retails for and that other backpack sits in a corner of my closet. The Drifter II is that darn good. Pros: Side water bottle pockets A ton of other pockets and pouches Sturdy zippers! Solid material (well built and resistant to damage) Excellent waterproofness Cons: I honestly have no cons to list for this product.
