Did a lot of research looking for an AC that will cool a 12x20 open living room that opens to the kitchen and the dinning room Problem wanted to avoid having to run more than one unit problem 2 is older wiring so needed to avoid tripping the breaker and problem 3 avoid running up the electric bill sky high. This AC worked really well was very pleased and the price isn't bad. This worked really well with the ceiling fan, i did not have to buy more than one. I love the remote feature and timer feature. The eco mode was used the most. Timer was set to turn off after 1 hr when heading to sleep. Installation was easy and condensation building up was not an issue. Overall i really like this AC and will look to purchase 2 more one for each floor of my my home. First day we used this was a 90 degree day and honestly it cooled the whole floor in a matter of 30 mins on the high cool option. Once cooled switched to the eco mode and it was able to maintain very well. Only issue is the buttons on the unit are hard to see what button is what you have to look at it at the right angle to see it which is why the remote was used regularly

Excellent AC, very quiet, very easy to use and convenient for my bedroom

Quickly cooled down my room. Love that it has a display feature so when using at night you can turn the display off for those that can only sleep in pitch dark

Very nice air conditioner, keeps my room very cold. the dehumidifier on it works very well too. its pretty quiet too.

This purchase was a great one and I love the product, but through shipping and going through this process can cause damage, I ask for a replacement because I truly did like the air conditioner just that the person put it as a return.
