    Hdmi ports blew or just stopped working after a month. I won't be buying any TCL TV products ever again. People rave about them. But i have other TV brands I've had for YEARS and this never happened.

    The picture quality is terrible. Even at highest brightness setting, it would have to be in a very dark room to be able to see it. Definitely worth a hundred or two more to go with Samsung or LG or Sony!

      Hi Kelgirl,

      There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content, including advanced picture settings. Also make sure that if you connecting external devices that the cord is connected completely, and if you are streaming please check the speed of your internet. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

    Was too big for cabinet, had to return the the tv. Otherwise it was a good deal.

    Picture quality on this tv is amazing right out of the box. Was looking for something a little bigger for my son’s room and this surpassed all of my expectations. Love the built in Roku. Easy set up, sound quality is better than my 55” Samsung not to mention the great price!!

    This is a great t.v. with Roku included. Was on sale for $199 and couldn't be happier. Crisp picture quality, good sound and so easy to set up. Considering getting another one!

    this has been a great tv. i'm buying the newer version today because the headphone jack is losing the left channel. we ran this thing 24/7 almost for 4 years and 5 months.

    We bought this tv for the bedroom. Works well, good picture. Also what worked out well for us is we now have roku tv, cable tv, and with a converter also have the antenna hooked up to it. Very happy. Bought a 55" for the living room hooked up the same way. With a cable box, you won't need a converter.

    Tv just stopped working a few days after my 15 day warranty with Best Buy expires. Now dealing with TCL warranty Dept. Not pleasant, wasted hours on the phone with them because they say my serial number is invalid. Mailing the tv in for repair. Do not buy. Not worth the hassle.

    DO NOT BUY! The TV BROKE after 2 years

    I haven't had such an unreliable TV ever. One day the screen went black and that's it. And there are lot's of reviews with this exact issue, but the manufacturer is not doing anything about it. Just google it.
