great TV at a great price. best buy has the best prices.

I have had many TCL tvs and this by far has been the most frustrating one. In the past I have gotten the Roku models but this time tried the Android one. It is not even remotely user friendly as far as the “app” store goes and the way it functions through the apps and changing from one input to another are just mindlessly unnecessary. It takes 15 steps to do my roku ones do in 2. The color quality is great and the volume is decent however it jumps up and down in volume when you press the buttons. I would say if you get this TV make sure to attach an external streaming device like Roku, Fire, or the like and get a sound bar. For the price it’s an okay television but be prepared to take time to get used to the settings.

I needed a new tv for my home office and this was the perfect size to mount on the wall. The only thing I don't like about this android TV is that its kind of slow in terms of how fast the cursor moves and how long stuff takes to open and load.

I'm enjoying the TV but it is not as easy to use as the Fire TV which I have in my living room. I wanted a smart TV for my bedroom and this one was cheaper than the Fire TV. It does have a good clear picture though.

This thing is literal garbage. It has not enough space to have more than 2 apps on it at a time, constantly needs to enter safemode and takes minutes to buffer any online activity. Lately has just been rebooting itself and crashing everytime we try to watch Paramount.

Tv works perfectly looking forward to buy a new one like this one for Christmas

Overall a great guest room tv. The remote is a little inconsistent but still certainly a great buy.

The TV came damaged a small dot in the upper part of the screen. The TV lags horribly, it recently tried to do an update but did not have enough storage that comes with the the TV, so in order to update the TV it needs an additional internal storage. I had to clear all the apps that I put on there and disable the ones i couldn't uninstall. Beyond disappointed.

This Smart TV was easy to connect. Very satisfied with picture quality and sound. Used primarily for streaming, but was able to acquire other channels by adding a purchased antenna.

My TV in the garage went black. I wanted a good size TV for a cheap price. Best Buy advertized just what I wanted. It has a great picture, easy controler, and looks great.

Badly programmed keeps freezing and skipping even with the lowest demanding apps or videos to the point of being unusable

I recognize I was a victim of the low price, but it wont happen again! I was looking to replace my old tv but i didnt have that much money, looking for options i found this and thought i was “lucky”, this tv just keeps frozing the screen, you spend at least 2 business days trying just to open Netflix, it ALWAYS says that it does not have any more space, it is very frustrating to be honest.

Android Ready smart TV 2 thumbs up! I’m not the most tech savvy but use of this technology and TV service is of ease. Shows a vibrant picture as well :-)

Works flawlessly. Fast and responsive. Even Airplay and other mobile device streaming options work great. Well worth it! Bought it for a guest room....could not expect more.

This is the the most useless piece of junk I have ever purchased. It shuts down every app repeatedly as you try to open it. Sound quality is crap. You can't connect through chrome cast or apple TV without it shutting off or starting whatever media you're playing over and over again. What crap. Waste of money.

Very very slow, I don't know how I ended up with this TV but don't buy this.
