Great tv and super easy to mount. Staff was also super helpful with getting it to my car.

Not working. I ordered online. It was delivered box and TV looked fine and intact. When I plugged TV up TV was stuck on some factory error. I called the Support and was on the phone over an hour going through the motion of trying to reset the TV and it didn’t work. I let the TV sit for two or three days I came back to it. I started going through some of the steps to try to do a factory reset my 10-year-old who’s pretty tech savvy eventually helped me get into the menu and do a full software reboot. Mind you this is a brand new TV. I’m starting to think Best Buy has some type of deal with certain companies to sell their defective products. Overall, the quality of the TV is nice, but I feel completely burned buying the TV that was not working when I took it out of the box. Do better Best Buy.!

I got this on sale for a really good price and I really didn't expect much but WOW. The picture quality is amazing. IT's so clear and crisp in 4k. The sound is also really decent, plenty loud enough and sounds clear.

The price was great, and the TV is basically a plug and play. Everything about this purchase was wonderful. We love the new TV.

Purchased for my parents as a gift. Very reasonable, good quality. We had previously purchased two TCLs so when it came time to get one for my parent's, it was a no-brainer on which brand we would choose.

My first LG and it’s pretty awesome. I bought a 55 inch and went and got another one a 65 inch the same model. I’m loving my TVs My prior television was a Samsung, which was good but I like this one better.

The built in Fire TV seems to be SDR - even for apps like Netflix? Not sure if I'm doing it wrong... Was a great price and a second TV, so not too concerned.

Good bedroom tv for the price. With a pretty bad sound bar I wouldn’t put it in a family room. Good for the price

I'm generally a fan of TCL, but I was surprised that quality wasn't what I had become used to from their bigger screens. I'm not sure if it is the screen size of the series, but the quality is a bit more grainy. If you're not looking for the highest definition though and are looking for a bargain, this TV meets that definition - hard to beat the price with a relatively good brand. Overall, for the price, I highly recommend unless you're willing to triple the price.

I managed to snag this during a Best Buy sale at 50% off. It's an excellent deal; the screen quality is impressive, and it's user-friendly. I would certainly recommend it if you're looking for an affordable TV.

The TCL 4K QLED was an excellent Christmas gift for my 2 great grandsons to share in their bedroom. They love how the settings are automatically perfect and great for their eyes.

This has been an excellent TV so far. Sharp crisp picture, vibrant colors and decent sound, UNBEATABLE price of $200. Great value for an economical unit as this.

Bought to replace an older HD TV in one of our bedrooms. The QLED provides a great 4K picture and the Fire TV is easy to use.
